Perfect rice

Best rice I have ever made. I live at a high altitude and cooking above sea level is always challenging but perfect rice is more challenging than a lot of other things I cook. I eat rice every day. This is my favorite rice cooker of all time

Good price with good product

I was looking for Electric Pressure Rice Cooker with affordable price. Amazon was the place offered the most competitive price verses other retailers. Cuckoo Electric Pressure Rice Cooker works well. Personally, I do not like red. Other than that, I am pretty satisfied with the product.

Sending 110v plugged product while 220v is required

I have received the rice cooker with 110v plug US type while India uses 220v 3 plug. Also the bottom right of the cooker was damaged. I have asked for return of the goods for past 2 weeks now but still there is no pick up of the return good. I have asked for the 4th time for the return pick up and hope it will happen.

Very nice

I like it very much. However, I wasn't able to change the voice to English. I am Korean, which understanding the voice wasn't a problem. However, I like it very much. It cooks all kinds of grain without soaking overnight. I like the function of setting a time to cook.
