Cutter & Buck need to improve sizing chart

Few months ago, I purchased a shirt but unfortunately the size was messed up. Now I purchased a pant, it's even worse. Way too big and long!!! Quality of the pant is great but Cutter & Buck MUST work on their sizing chart. Get it right ! When you say 40 W L36, it needs to be that way.

Light weight and comfortable

I like these pants a lot they fit the thighs and are comfortable. Only thing is that I would like them in a lower cut waist. Inseam is a little long but still great to wear.
