Need to get actual product I ordered.

I have ordered twice the Weiss Walkie No Pull Dog Leash, Small, Orange and have been shipped the large red leash twice! The stuck on UPC code is incorrect. My dog is 13 lbs and the large leash is for a 26-150 lb dog. The leash was recommended by our dog trainer but the incorrect size doesn't work for us.

I order the Weiss Walkie, a specific type of leash. When the order was received, I had two of The Walkie, not the Weiss Walkie which is not the advertised product.
