Nice looking Grab Bar

This is a great looking grab bar and appears to be good quality. Delivery was prompt and in a box large enough to hold a 3 pack as described in the 'what's in the box' section. The issue I have with it is that the item description is for a 3 pack and I only received a single bar. I have initiated a re-order and will update this review if I'm successful at getting a 3 pack. If not, both orders will be returned and I'll keep looking. Update: Unfortunately the subsequent order was received as a single grab bar again. This website is deceptive in it's picture that says 3-pack and in the Technical Details for Included Components indicates Carlisle 24"Decorative Grab Bar (3), Installation Hardware. I assumed the (3) meant 3 bars. Unfortunately, customer service indicated that Item Package Quantity indicates 1 and that means 1 bar, not one 3-pack. I still feel this appears to be a good quality grab bar, but will be returning both of the single grab bars I received for a refund.
