Good hand shower

I’ve installed hundreds of these handheld Delta’s. They make a better handheld with a better metal hose and no problem with any warranty issues. They send out brand new handheld if needed.

Good: ADA Bad: only one setting has decent pressure

I bought this item as I was looking for a shower head that was ADA compliant and had good water pressure/massage feature. In this case the setting buttons are pretty easy on my hands. I am replacing my current shower head that I was happy with except for the setting dial that was so hard to turn and due to hand issues that have reached a point where it was too painful adjust the setting dial, plus the dial just wouldn't budge anymore. So this delta shower head is MUCH easier to use with the button settings and it does not hurt my hands. However, I was very disappointed with the water pressure (that were much cheaper by the way). Insufficient water pressure has never been a problem in my home or with any of my prior shower heads, it has been so helpful to have enough pressure to massage my back in dealing with chronic pain. This shower head only has one setting that has decent water pressure and it is NOT the massage setting. In fact, the setting that has the good water pressure probably has it because it is not using most of the water nozzles and is not my preferred setting. Even my husband noticed that and that the other settings were weak at best. So, once again I am seeking a replacement shower head. This one just didn't meet my needs.

Why did I wait so long...

I needed a new shower head for awhile and decided to get this one based upon the reviews. Highly recommended. The shutoff button is hard to press. It doesn’t shutoff the water entirely, but just enough to let you lather up and not get blasted with cold water when you open up the flow again. The hose is very flexible. I have both this and the stainless steel version.
