Elegant and accurate.

The combination of trim and included valve works well. It accurately remembers the temperature setting when turning on and off. Minor movements to temp and pressure handles yield expected changes. Feels high quality. Recommended.

Look great, a pain to calibrate

These are beautiful and very functional. It’s nice to be able to leave the temp the same place all the time and just turn the water on and off. My FIL installed them and said they were a pain to calibrate.

charged full price for open boxed product

opened packets and missing multiple parts. Very nice looking faucet but feel like I got screwed by being charged full price. Had to make do with creative way to make it work. I need at minimum a discount. (Follow up) I got ahold of an Amazon representative who was very understanding and refunded some of my money.

Part of trim kit is plastic!

The trim piece looks good in place. However, when paying top dollar for Delta products I expect high quality materials as well. The water temperature control knob is plastic! If we wanted plastic there are fixtures that are 1/3 the cost or less. Disappointing to spend so much on a brand name fixture to get sub par material quality.

VALVE ... WAS Included

Despite listing stating that valve not included, about was included! I wish they made that clear, as they are quite expensive.

Bad water volume control/handle

Mainly the "water volume control handle" only engages/works on the last 25% of it's range, the first 75% NO WATER is flowing! Secondly the "water volume control handle" does not coordinate w the ON & OFF etched in the plate. The "water volume control handle" is in the OFF position @ about 5 O'Clock as depicted in the photo for this ad, it DOES NOT swing down to the faceplate's etched "OFF". My photo shows it in the full off position, not reaching the faceplate's etched "OFF" After it was all together I tried to repair the "water volume control handle" 75% no water flow and took it all apart trying to see if I hooked up something wrong or if something was clogged. Found nothing wrong and couldn't get through to Delta customer service. After I put it all back together the Hot & Cold was reversed on the "Temperature Control Handle" - I didn't want to go through the hassle of taking EVERYTHING apart again so I left it as is w the reversed hot & cold.
