Nice looking

This is a nice faucet. I know it is pricy but it is Delta, it looks very good and elegant. I however am disappointed with the water pressure. It is very low on all settings. All other faucets I had before had really good pressure but I can not say this is good, it takes forever to fill a pot of water for Spaghetti, or to rinse a larger pan that has soap on it and also the docking magnet is very weak. I have seen Delta faucets at distributor stores and they all snap very nicely, this one you have to push half way in before it snaps. Otherwise this is a very elegant faucet and I connected it to the electricity and the on off touch works great! Love the look, love the different functions, but don’t love the pressure. If however you have patience and don’t mind rinsing for a long time and waiting for your spaghetti then buy this faucet it is a good looking addition to my kitchen remodel, I plan on contacting Delta to see if anything can be done about the pressure of this model 9183T-AR-DST. Update: Delta recommended flushing the faucet, I did and the water pressure is still the same, disappointing for sure as I purchased it a while back and just now finished the kitchen reno. I am hoping someone can help me with the water pressure as this is a very expensive item and should work perfectly. Everything else works like a charm. Update: remove head, remove both filters, on mine in between both filters it was loaded with steel chips, flushed from Both sides and now I have pressure of 1.3 gallons per minute. Lots better! Mind you I just installed it on July 6th 2021, the chips must have been there when assembling the item at the factory. And another update: I have to tip my hat to Delta, we identified the cause of the problem and they are sending me a new head. Thank you Delta for standing up for your brand. I am impressed and can not wait for the new head and use that beautiful faucet! I would recommend any Delta product because of their product and their service

Love Delta Faucets

Delta Mateo Single Handle MagnaTite faucet uses a magnetic dock I think it is called Diamond Seal to lock into place. We have had this 9 months and it is nice as the first day we got it. We bought the artic blue color and it is beautiful. The shield spray is silly. I am not even sure it really prevents water spray. What works is the install and adjustment to the flow of water. Ours is powerful but you can slow down the power to a trickle and it still gets dirt off your dishes. I like that the faucet always goes right back into place. LOVE THAT! It has a high arc and it swivels all the way around. It pulls down so it feel great in your hand when you are washing veggies or cleaning a dish pan or even washing your sink. I believe install by a plumber will help with the success of your faucet. We are fortunate to have a plumber install our and get the water flow perfect for our pleasure. Love this faucet and love Delta !

Wish it was better

Such a pretty faucet and really love the touch sensors! Also the temp of water sensor light is helpful. Really do not like the spray feature!! It's just two streams and they really can't be used to spray a bowl of berries or clean lettuce. It's kind of a useless function for us now. Also there are always fingerprints, dark fingerprints on the faucet even tho it's not supposed to get them.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Faucet

This is our second Delta Touch2O. It is a great product and it will really spoil you. Since we purchased this, we have had several family and friends replace their faucet with the same system and everyone loves it. We bought our first one around 2012 or so and it had a few minor issues which Delta stood behind 100%. I just installed this one a few months ago and they really seem to have worked out the issues as it hasn't had any issues. I highly recommend this faucet for anyone who is interested in the convenience of just touching the faucet with any part of your body to turn the water on and off. Seems silly, but you will get spoiled very very quickly.

Didn't last 18 months

The faucet worked great for about a year then the cheap plastic parts of the faucet started falling apart and the whole pull down portion of the faucet turned to rust. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a touch faucet.

Wonderful Faucet

I love how this faucet operates and the black stainless steel color is a great accent to all my black stainless appliances (the colors are not exactly the same but both are a smoky dark grey). The only issue I've had is that the 6 AA batteries that came with it were dead so I put 6 new ones in which then went dead after about 2 weeks. Hopefully, the second set were duds and the current ones will last a while. Granted, I've turned it off and on about a million times since I got it installed because it's such a great faucet :).

Pricey but still love it.

Great faucet, love the look and feel of it. Very solid feeling when turning on the water. It has a 360 swivel which is effortless to use. The spray shield tech is cool and has its uses in certain situations. Just wished their touch02 version was the price of this. I feel like it is a little expensive but still love the faucet.

After 3 lady lux Grohe faucet replacements due to a cold water line leak I gave up on Grohe and purchased this DELTA. Although not as "heavy duty feeling" as the Grohe the water lines on the Delta are made of a nylon and rubber type material vs. Grohes 'metal flex' lines that fail / leak after a few weeks. The Delta also retracts better using the counter weight vs. Grohes 'Spring' retraction method. Water pressure is MUCH better - careful how much you regulate as may splatter. Overall good faucet and thanks to Amazon for standing by their refund / replacement policy for what totals 4 Grohe replacement / return items.
