Delta Guarantees Its Products

I had to replace my Delta kitchen faucet because some of the plastic spray liners had fallen out after 7 years. Not bad for this length of time. Delta replaced them at no cost to me. One thing I learned is that my original faucet simply unscrewed from the connecting hose. The replacement had to be replaced by the hose at the base of the fixture.

The part I ordered was correct, except...

I received the part very quickly, but when I opened it, I noted that it was not like the part that I was trying to replace. It was returned, so I called Delta, and found out that the part had been re-engineered during the four years since I bought the faucet. They asked that I send them photos of the piece, an under sink photo of the faucet, and a photo of the part of the faucet that has the Faucet brand Lasered on the faucet. They sent everything I needed to me in a few days...FOR FREE! Your service was outstanding! Thank you!

Just what I needed

I had decided that the water flow on this pull down faucet was just too strong, 22 GPM, so I was looking for another faucet. The new design has a head that only has 18 GPM flow, so I decided to try it. Now I love it. No more splashing water all over the counter top around the sink.

I failed to notice that this replacement wand has a female thread thatattaches to the hose... My existing wand has a male thread.. there is no part number that I could find that meets my needs. now Im stuck with a $50.00 part
