Item is good and looks great but packaging needs improved

The towel ring itself looks good and is sturdy. I had to order 3 of these and every single one came dinged due to bad packaging. The open face of the package leaves the item exposed and amazon sent the item all 3 times in a flimsy plastic envelope through the mail leading it to get dinged during transit. By the third one I give up and hung it up dinged. I'm tired of having to return the item. They need to improve the packaging or shipping practices.

Works great

We installed this because our 4-year-old son couldn’t reach the towel rack. A towel just sitting next to the sink didn’t work because it always ended up in the sink and got soaked. This solved the problem well, seems sturdy, and is attractive. It’s been up for about two weeks and no sign of problems, which is great because our 4-year-old is typically quite destructive. This seems to be holding up well to his chaos.

Replaced towel hooks when I replaced faucets

I recently updated the faucets in my spare bathrooms and went ahead and replaced the towel rings as well since one of my old ones was missing a screw to hold the ring to the post. These matched my faucets well even though they are different brands. Quality of these rings is good, they aren't going to fall apart on you. The finish is good, found no blemishes on either one of mine. Chrome plating makes them easy to clean and the plating seems to be of good quality. The design will allow you to match it with most any chrome faucet and look good in most any setting.

Looks great in my powder room

I recently moved and my powder room had no towel racks. I was pleasantly surprised to find a name brand towel holder for a good price. I didn't want to risk buying something too cheap and having to uninstall and reinstall all another one. It's easy to install and very sturdy. I'm very happy with the purchase.
