Don't let the price fool you, this is a very good belt for IWB carry. Wearing for months now, and no problems!
Nice belt, good price, and AMERICAN MADE by a great leather company. It's not the strongest/stiffest belt out there, but works great for IWB carry. No problems with that, keeps everything nice and tight to my body. For OWB, it tends to sag a little bit when carrying a full size pistol. (That's the ONLY negative I could find for this belt.) But for the price, I am NOT gonna complain. (Plus, I almost always conceal carry an M&P Shield and my full size weighs almost twice that.) It's perfectly fine to wear with casual clothes or business; it doesn't look like a "gun belt" when you have to dress up a little. The buckle is good quality, and the stitching is strong and good looking. I've been wearing this for a few months now, and just got around to reviewing it today so I could give an accurate wear and tear test. I've dropped a few pounds since purchasing this belt, and I just used a hollow punch to put in a couple new holes so I can wear it tighter. I was a 36" waist when I got it so I got the 40" to account for extra room for my M&P Shield and holster. That worked great and I was on the second hole from the last. Now I'm down to a 34", but with the new holes I punched in everything is good and tight. If you're wondering, I used a *fluted* hollow punch that I had in my tool chest and gave it a good whack with a hammer. Works fine. If you need to do that, make sure you use a fluted one, so it tapers the leather into the hole. Otherwise it will look bad, and wear down the leather. I think this is a very nice belt for the price. I like it, and honestly I don't see the need to go out and purchase a more expensive one. I would have given 5 stars if it didn't sag when carrying OWB, but that is just nit-picking. If you carry IWB, I recommend to try this belt first, even if you have the budget for an expensive gun belt. I bet you this would do the job just fine and you can put the extra money in your ammo can.

Great for CCW at a low price!
Solid, quality belt that really supports my holster. I realized after purchasing my Desantis Invader holster that I needed a much stiffer belt to hold things up, enter Desantis Econo Belt. This is a well made solid belt that keeps my holster, right where I want it. It has a rough texture on the lining to keep things from moving around, it's thick and stiff to keep it's shape and the J-hooks on the holster fit perfectly, ensuring a smooth draw. I haven't worn another belt with this holster, since I got it. I highly recommend it, and if you are in the market for a holster, the Invader is also solid quality at a low price.

Good belt terrible buckel.
Well built very sturdy belt. I'm sure it will last for years carrying even a heavy 1911 or revolver. The buckel is terrible as other reviews pointed out. Throw it out and use an old one, or buy a roller one from Tandy for $4. Not complaint at this price, just a heads up.

Great Value
I am always shopping with a tight budget. When I began shopping for a strong solid belt for EDC I was surprised that these belts were priced from $40 up to $120. I found this and rolled the dice. I can' t complain about the belt. It is strong and solid. Fantastic value.

Not a go to gun belt.
For the money maybe to hold you over until you can swing something better. I have been running a Galco belt for just short of a decade and was beginning to notice my Yaqui holsters would droop a little as the belt had stretched over the years. I have recently become a fan of desantis and my wife didn't like the idea of price of a new Galco belt so I figured why not try the budget line. At first I was very impressed with it's stiff thick all black construction. The outside is leather with an inner backer thats synthetic and ruff. This ruff backer grabbed the pants and was nice as it didn't shift around at all. Initially the only thing I didn't love was the Buckle. And that is replaceable. Now the bad news. I have owned $10 wally world belts that will last longer than this one will. Leather is actuelly cracking and flaking off where its made contact with the buckle. Its been less than a month and I am looking for its replacement.

Best value in gun belts
I do not think it is possible to find a better gun belt at anywhere near the price. It is sufficiently stiff to hold a relatively heavy firearm, but comfortable to wear. It looks great too. A strong belt is a must for concealed carry and gun belts can cost up to and over $100. You can't beat this belt for the money.

The Best I've Used
Having been an armed professional for over 30 years, I have tried many so called "the best belt" for supporting a handgun. This belt is truly one of the best I have ever had and provides a great stable platform for both IWB and OWB holsters. The belt is high quality with good leather and workmanship that is well made. I've only had it for a short time, so I'm still monitoring the wear and tear on the belt.

Will not disappoint!
This is one hell of a belt, did not disappoint! I wear a size 36 waist, I ordered a size 40, my gear is a IWB Alien gear holster, S&W MP 9mm single stack, this snugs up to the 2nd from last hole for (tightening) and does not budge on an all day busy wear. I will be buying a 2nd one of these!
