good light

Looks better in person. Not your basic boring ceiling light I would love to have a smaller one as a one light fixture to replace all the little Mushroom and breast shaped one light fixtures! Why can't the little ones me mae like this? Looks so much classier. I chose to switch out the bulb to LED bulbs so that I won't have to climb up on top of the kitchen counter to change the bulbs. I used "daylight" LED equivalent bulbs and it is just awesome over my kitchen sink! I have noticed NO odor at all from this light as one person mentioned.

The Real Deal

Nothing fancy, but it works! I bought another light from Amazon, that stated chrome, but, as usual with Amazon, it turned out to be plastic. As a matter of fact, the entire lighting unit was plastic. This one is different. NOT a cheap Chinese knockoff. Real chrome. Real glass. All at a cheaper price that the fake advertised, plastic light I had bought before that didn't work.

Small, fully enclosed fixture

Light fixtures seem hard to pick out on-line. I'm not sure what Amazon could do to make this easier, but photos provided don't give a good depiction of the item, and in this case the product that arrived, while "fine", isn't very well depicted here. It's a pretty small fixture. It will work OK where I plan to use it, and I probably won't even notice it once installed.

Design House 2 Light Ceiling Fixture

We bought this light for one of the bathrooms in our 1936 Tudor style home. The bathroom is pretty authentic to the period so I was looking for a ceiling light that would blend with that look. This did the job. The glass globe is surprisingly light weight, by looking at it you'd expect it to be heavy, but it's not, so treat it gently when installing.

Low Price / High Quality

Overall a great light fixture. I installed this light in my bathroom 2 weeks ago. I've had no problems at all. Installation was super easy and took me about 20 minutes. It comes with all the hardware you need and easy to follow instructions.

the good thing is that it does work

you get what you pay for. the 1st fixture arrived broken.. the 2nd fixture was $7. i honestly for what i paid for, a cheap replacement fixture that i had nothing invested on the 3rd fixture which i expected to be a bit nicer ,disappointed me. the 4th fixture was "LOST IN TRANSIT". the 5th fixture which am going to blame on me as it was buyer beware ...i did receive, it was missed by the quality control team because it was scratched pretty bad on about 30 % of it .. i gave it 2 stars because they all did light up.. and i think that is a good thing with their track record..

Great deal for the price. Lights up bright. The white is shiny opal and not a matte or frosted white. I'm quite pleased with this purchase.
