Timeless and functional
These are the exact same toilet paper holders that were installed in my 15 year old house. My chrome was old, pitted and had paint splatters on it so I decided to replace it. Since it is literally the same product, I didn't even have to change the mounting which made replacement super easy.

I ENTERTAIN OUT DOORS IN THE SUMMER ALMOST DAILY. SOME OF MY GUEST HAVE CHILDREN, EXPENSIVE MOBILE PHONE OR HANDBAGS. A FIRE PIT TABLE CAN GET QUITE HOT. HENCE THE WORD "FIRE". THIS WIND GUARD HAS MULTIPLE PURPOSES. FIRST AND FOREMOST IT IS BEAUTIFUL. IT TRULY COMPLIMENT MY FIRE PIT TABLE. IT CONTAINS THE FIRE WHILE PREVENTS THE WIND FROM BLOWING YOUR FIRE OUT, OR BLOWING THE DANCING FLAMES OUTSIDE THE PERIMETER OF THE PIT. ALTHOUGH THE GLASS DOES GET HOT! THE TABLE AROUND THE PIT DOES NOT! SO MY GUEST CELL PHONES, OR EXPENSIVE HAND BAGS ARE SAFE FROM DAMAGE.

Looks good but Light Weight and No Installation Directions
My first thought was how wide this item is. The second was... how light weight and cheap it felt. Third....how do I install it? No directions. Tracked down a customer service number for the manufacture's customer service. After 30 minutes , I found someone who investigated and finally sent me a copy of installation directions. So yay to that one person - but unless you install items like this on a regular basis you will be lost. Directions are essential.

Cheaply-Made, Doesn't Look as Nice as Advertised
First, why is "softness" something that gets rated when reviewing this item?? How is that a quality of a bath tissue holder?? But, whatever, I will play along. For the money, I expected better quality, TBH. I thought I would get something that looks really modern and contemporary in my bathroom; instead, what I received was something that looks like it goes in every single builder-grade bathroom in America. Further, if you use the template printed on the back of the package for bracket placement, you're going to end up with a tissue holder that has A LOT of extra room on each side of the roll itself (see attached photo), something I didn't think about before drilling the holes, pounding in the anchors, and installing this thing. Who wants to have a tissue roll that slides left and right on the holder?? This just looks sloppy, and I regret not going with my own intelligence in determining the spacing of the mounting brackets. Live and learn. Would I buy this holder (I actually bought the set - the matching hand towel ring and 24" towel bar, at considerable expense) again? Hands down: NO.

No Template
I ordered this product before and it came with a template, but when I ordered it again for a different bathroom in our house, it didn’t come with a template so it was difficult to install. Quality is good otherwise, but not having a template made it not worth the money

Good price for the product.
I liked the product. I wish instructions came with it in the box but i am handy so figured it out. The holder is plastic but the corners are metal and good quality. Recommend it who is looking for a reasonable simple TP holder.
