Zipper busts open

Update: Had to lower my overall rating based on seller customer service during return. I received the return authorization and had to pay UPS shipping to return the item. Its been over two weeks since I shipped. Still waiting for credits for both the original purchase as well as the prepaid shipping for return. No response from the seller. Bought size XL for my 60# boxer based on our measurements: Topline: 21”, Girth: 32”, Neck 21". Product was very snug. Even though the material stretches, product was restrictive in the chest and my dog was a bit uncomfortable through the shoulders and chest while walking. On second wearing, the thin zipper busted open during a walk. Unzipped and rezipped only to have the zipper bust open again. The stretchy material was good and I could see the product working to protext against sun and bugs if the dimensions were much bigger. The zipper that holds the whole thing on is very thin and plastic. Should be reinforced as this is a stress point. Also the back legs are floppy/loose and looked a bit odd. The zipper design would be improved if it zipped from the tail to neck instead of kneck to tail to make getting the back legs secured more easily. I have submitted for a refund and return.

Nice - xs a bit big for 6lb Maltese

I bought xs size for my 6 lb Maltese who has a skin problem. This is a good quality item. I had to cut it down significantly to fit my dog. I took at least 4” out of the rear legs. I probably could have left the rear legs longer but I was guessing. I took some material out of the center of the belly. I made all the legs more narrow by an inch or so. I will add snaps at the cuffs so I can get her feet in easily and so her feet stay in the legs. The zipper up the back is handy. Another jumpsuit I have doesn’t have a zipper. My dog doesn’t appreciate getting stuffed into it like she is a sausage :)

These are really cute and the price was good. The construction is re as really well made. Can't wait to put it on my boy in the fall.
