Perfect for retro flashlights that you want to keep authentic

I have a old 1960s 2 D cell ray o vac flashlight. I didn't want it upgraded to led. Works great if you have a older classic flashlight.

Toy Light

I had to replace my sons pig Fisher price flash light (less then 1 watt). This was it, the LED version did not work. It just as bright as the original if not a tad brighter. its been on it for about a week and still going strong with it being tossed by a toddler.

First... checki this!!

My 2 D Cell Maglite stopped working. So quickly assumed batteries and put new ones in. Still not working. So bulb was burnt out after over a decade and the price is right here for a 2 pack. Easy to replace and worked perfectly. THEN I decided to put the old batteries in to see how they were. They worked fine so saved the newer ones for??? BUT when I unscrewed the back to change batteries, the cap and spring with the foam in it fell out of my hand. Did a double take when I looked at the foam and what was inside of it? Another replacement light. SO now I have two replacements.. the one still in the flash light AND the second of this two pack. Check first to see if you have one before you buy more bulbs you may never need to use again? Cheers!

i purchased one for a 4 cell mag lite. I then purchased this one for a 2 cell thinking it would be just as bright. They are no. Very disappointing

Brought my 'dead' ol MadLite Double D flashlight back to life!

Since original bulb lasted over a decade, this set of two should keep the legacy going for a while. BTW..I learned that MagLite warns NOT to use rechargable batteries in these ol vets...they may permanently short out the flashlight. Whodda thunk? $6 was a bargain as replacement MagLite runs over $50.

Worked on a 1980 2D Maglite!

I bought a 1980 Maglite and it was missing both of the original bulbs. I wanted to restore the flashlight and these were a perfect fit. Obviously there are brighter and more durable replacement bulbs out there but I wanted my light as close to original as possible. Works great and I put the second bulb in the tail cap just like it was back in the day. Love the price of these too.

I thought the bulbs would provide an upgrade to the brightness of my old flashlights, but this was not the case at all.

Not too bright, but nice quality!

Used one of these globes on an old belt clip-type torch from the 50's, works great! Pretty dim, but I believe it's my bad with the battery types and whatnot. Pretty good option for legacy flashlights you wanna keep, gives a nice warm glow.
