GREAT FEEDER, JUST ONE PROBLEM

Nice design. Like the baffle over the perches. Easy to fill and hang. Good large size. Only one major PROBLEM. The perches are VERY loose. First time I hung it up I lost one of the perches. Says they are adjustable. If you pull them out longer at all they fall out. Even pushed in all the way they are very loose. Solved my it by using a caulk gun and secured perches Probably will have to check periodically to see if still secure. Will contact seller to see if can get a replacement perch. It hangs in the woods and couldn't find one lost one ground. Birds love it. Since had to push perches in all the way to secure the cardinals can't feed. They try but perches just too short for them. Was very surprised at quality of perches. I have 6+ feeders from seller and their quality has always been superb. Feel confident that they will send me a replacement perch after I contact them.

Cover not sealed

I like this birdfeeder but I am very disappointed because there is no seal where the hangar is located on the lid therefore rain seeps in and soaks the birdseed!

After a year or so, the lids failed to open (twist off)

Like other reviews, the perches are a bit loose so you have to check to make sure they have not fallen to the ground. I had two and after about 18 months I could no longer remove the kids to fill them; even after cleaning and using WD40. Progressively got tighter and tighter until I could not remove them
