Great but... too hot!!

The shoes are very cute and fit well and look good. Very comfortable. Provided they are in leather what else would you be looking for? Unfortunately for me there was a major drawback and this is the foam lining. I don't know if it's only me but only putting the shoes on I felt my feet were so HOT!! This was in my house and 75 F. I live in Texas so decided this is definitely not for me. If you don't mind your feet to be hot, or live in cold climate and would enjoy some extra degrees, then these shoes are for you!

Walking comfort is excellent for me. I also wear a pair to my gym workout.

Very Comfortable walking shoe !

Was happy to find this shoe on Amazon since it doesn't seem to be carried in Department or shoe stores! I have 2 pairs of this shoe in white but couldn't find in black until Amazon featured the Easy Spirit in Black. I found this shoe comfortable from the start, no break in required and a decent price as well.

The worst fitting shoe I've ever encountered...

I don't know what happened to this brand of shoe. (I can guess!) I already own about 6 or 7 pair of the older Easy Spirit shoes, and they could be counted on to have the same fit, same quality. These shoes are just JUNK. The leather doesn't feel like leather, or really look like leather. They look & feel like Vinyl. And the fit--very wide in the heel, and something about the construction of the upper that causes the foot to roll inward so that the right side of the shoe presses uncomfortably along the right side of the foot (on the Left shoe) leaving a huge gap on the left side of the heel. I have NEVER had this happen in a pair of shoes--not even shoes from Walmart! No more Easy Spirit shoes for me!!!

Easy Spirit

I enjoy these walking shoes because they are all black and don’t look too much like a tennis shoe. Can be worn often with my wardrobe and for comfort!

Not the same shoe as they used to be.

Not sure exactly what happened to these Easy Spirit shoes. This style used to be a nice soft comfortable leather. This pair is stiff and uncomfortable. They are now made in China. I don't know if that makes a difference to the quality of the leather, but I ma extremely disappointed in this purchase. I would send them back if I had not already worn them, but I was hoping to "break them in" that will not happen, I can tell.

OK For The Price

Easy Spirit AP1 Sport Walking Shoe, Black Leather, 8.5 M It's OK for the price if you don't mind the inner sole coming off when you remove the shoe! LOL. Fit as expected.
