These are better designed than the Lutron Product
I've tried both manufacturers. And the Eaton is the better design (See below for why). I just wish more of their screwless switch plant and receptable configurations on Amazon....and I wish they were cheaper. Given the exhorbitant cost of each of these, I felt compelled to express my disappointment in the Lutro design. The Lutron screw-less switch plates aren't quite large enough to cover up the typical hole cut in the drywall to accommodate the switch box. This means that you're left with gaps around the plate once it is installed. They aren't usually major gaps but they look bad nonetheless. Lutron could fix the problem by making the plates a quarter inch larger in every dimension. Eaaton's plates are a little larger. There's another problem with the switch plate design. Specifically, the top plate mates on top of the back plate which leaves a tiny exposed joint. Its not a problem when you install the plate, but over time, this joint will accumulate grime and dust. A better design (like the Eaton product) would have the top plate completely overlay the bottom plate so that the joint is against the wall and not between the plates.

Much cleaner look than the wobbly switch plates with screws
We re-did our Master bath with a very clean subway tile and granite look and also wanted to replace the switch plates that were outdated, had screws showing, and were kinda wobbly. The reason the old switch plates didn't look straight is because the toggles were not perfectly alighted in the cut outs and in some cases they were too deep in or slightly at an angle. These switch plates were ease to put on as they come in 2 pieces: - one under-cover that is marked with a clear arrow up and has screws and the proper screw holes and is slightly "bendy" to make it easy to affix - the cover plate that clicks onto the under-cover and is screw-less. The cover plate is shiny white, very similar to our subway tile, and looks completely square and flat. Since there are no screws holding it in place it does not get bent anywhere as it grabs the under-cover plate by the edges. Removal is easy: just push tabs on the sides and off it comes. You do need a screwdriver or so for that (safety first!!). Anyways, these are somewhat pricier than regular covers but are mud thicker quality and heavier as well. They come in many variations and really make a difference in how the room looks: no screw holes makes a difference. We like them a lot.

Screwless plate, despite screws shown in the photo
You have to trust the description here. This is a screwless plate, which is what I wanted, even though the photo may show screws. (As of January 2022) Have not installed but it looks great. Appears to be slightly larger than some other brands I have purchased, which is good - it should cover the entire hole in the wall.

Equivalent to Item Described, Not Item Described
Works and looks as intended. But it does not match item description. Described as from Eaton, is from Cooper Wiring Devices.

Pricey and not as big as the listing
The size on the listing exaggerates how big this is. It isn't any different in size than a standard cheap plate.
