Still solid shoe

After many iterations of this show over the years, it is still very well-made. Inserts are removable, a feature I need. I walked two miles on second wearing with no issues. I wear with supplied inserts for tai chi practice, more in touch with ground or floor. NOTE: Warm Gray Nubuck IS leather/suede unlike the other gray color which is fabric.

Okay Comfort

I got these shoes to walk all over Spain in for the next 6 weeks. I was originally going to go with Vionics but couldn't get a shoes I liked in the time I needed it. I found these instead, it was important to me that I get a walking shoe brand for these. I have worn them around my house all day doing various last minute cleaning, packing and remote work. I will be honest, the comfort is less than I expected and it actually makes me really sad. I don't have to time to find something else so I put inserts in these and I'm hoping for the best for the next 6 weeks. Someone did make a comment that they squeak when you walk, on hardwood for example, and this is VERY true! I didn't think it would be so bad but they are LOUD. I'm hoping as I break them in it will go away and I'm hoping it won't be a noticeable problem while I'm abroad. I will say, for the price I'm feeling disappointed. I will write how things go in Spain when I return. 6 weeks later I will say that I stand by my "okay comfort" judgement. I walked all over Spain in these and had to switch them for my Chacos a few days because it made the ball of my foot so soar. I would say I liked them for the fashion aspect and since I own them I will wear them for short walking occasions and until I can't but I wouldn't buy them again.

Not that comfortable as other Ecco shoes

I did order those sneakers as being good familiar with this brand and it’s quality. Was a bit disappointed with insoles quality is poor , my toes doesn’t feel comfortable - sneaker tongue seam roughly stitched. Hard to clean shoes outside.. can’t wear for long walks bad choice

My Favorite!

Out of the many brands I own, these are my favorite fashion sneakers. They provide enough cushion for everyday wear, seem well made. The lace up style helps the fit work for me.

Best Work Shoe I’ve Ever Had

My job involves long stretches of periodic standing and sitting. Some of my shoes were fine for walking, but my feet would sting when I stood still or sat. Some of my shoes felt good when sitting, but my feet would hurt when I stood or walked. These babies can handle walking, standing, and sitting. Nice grip, but they can squeak a little when walking on certain floors. It doesn’t bother me, but that might be someone’s deal-breaker.

Not leather...shame on Ecco

I'll join the chorus in affirming that these shoes are not leather -- at least, the black ones I ordered are not. Shame on Ecco for misrepresenting the fabric makeup of the uppers. That said, I like the fact that the insoles are removable (I wear orthotics) and always appreciate a good oxford tie fit. I am debating about whether or not to keep them. They are comfortable around the house but since they are polypropalene (or something plastic) they will not "breathe" and I am not sure they will feel as nice after a long walk. Again, I'm so disappointed in Ecco... used to be a reliable company and my go-to for quality shoes. It seems they have caved to economics: lower prices, inferior product. I welcome their response to this review! UPDATE: I did return the shoes, alas, when my feet felt damp after a mere stroll around the house.

Sleek!

The color of white is not actually super white it’s more ivory-ish and drey-ish, which is fine for me. Shoes look super nice, stylish, goes with everything and gives everyday look a nice “well groomed” touch. Size as expected. Didn’t give me any blisters first time I wore it, however some blisters on the second and third time. But that usually happens to most new shoes. Still love them!

Total comfort!

I have a pair of Ecco golf shoes that are extremely comfortable and stylish so wanted an everyday pair. These did not disappoint! They fit like a glove and look fantastic with jeans and dressy looks. The design is perfect and craftsmanship is very impressive. Would totally recommend.
