Good product, not so good costumer service

I love the product itself. The color is cute and subtle. I use them around the house. They look and feel comfortable. If anything they are slightly heavy, but it does not bother me. I had issues with the presentation of the product. It came with a big brown stain on the right shoe as shown in the photos. I started the process to return it, but I changed my mind because I was going to use this product only at home. I washed them and got some of the stains out.

Swelling Feets' Best Friend

Okay, so I've been a shoe-aholic for too many years but I've been giving my friend most of my $$$ sandals because my feet swell in the Florida heat so I can't wear them anymore. I already had a pair of ECCO sandals with 4 velcro adjustments so I looked for more ECCO sandals. YES! I found these with one large telco flap as well as another style. They fit true to size and are comfy and stylish. THANK YOU ECCO!
