Glasses are great, anti fog coating is not really worth it.

The price on these was really good, considering they are the "high end" model with the anti fog coating. The issue is, they have the anti fog coating. It kind of works as described, in that they fog less than my other ballistic sunglasses, but by no means are they fog free when doing sweaty physical work... The durability of the anti fog coating leaves a lot to be desired. It is VERY easy to scratch, pretty hard to clean (most solvents will ruin it / the lenses it is applied to), and comes off in patches when exposed to conifer sap. This is bad, as I use these for PPE while running chain saws. I take pretty good care of my sunglasses, and still managed to make these unwearable due to the ruined coating in about 3 months. Previous pairs (uncoated) have lasted a full year, which is on par with Smith Elite glasses and Spy ballistic rated glasses. Overall, the glasses themselves are great- light, durable, comfortable (even under ear protection), and pretty cheap. I will definitely keep buying thin temple Hamel glasses, but I'm not going to bother with the anti fog in the future.

My new favorite hard use sunglasses

Stylish, durable, affordable, and comfortable. Not overtly aggressive styling. Safety rated so I feel protected wearing them in any situation, and the frame really fits close to my face to minimize intrusion of dust or debris. The anti-fog coating seems to work well; no issues during a 10k run. The thin temple feature makes a noticeable difference when wearing ear protection or radio headsets; the ear seal is much better than with any other glasses I've used. So light and unobtrusive I almost forget they're there, and they are half the price of the usual tactical brands.

Glasses work awesome at the range

Not quite sure what they use for anti-fog, never works for me. Glasses work awesome at the range, mowing lawn, on the bike, on the lake. I use Op Drops for anti-fog, works for now, will find something else when that bottle is empty. To be honest though, I would rather have the Falcons instead of Hamel, they were the bee's knees.

Perfect for the military

I have worn these for 2 years now and I am ordering my second pair. They don't fog up for those who live in humid climates, the thin temple is wonderful for those who wear peltors. Only wish the polarized version wasn't a gradient or I would buy those lenses.
