It’s wire ties
Read the directions it’s 6” wire ties, some black and some white. They are small. Seriously if you reading reviews for wire ties you have too much time in your hands.

Where have these Self-Locking Nylon Cable Wire Zip Ties Been all my life?
This product has been a God send for me. My washer drains into a utility tub in our basement and the drain was constantly getting stopped up. I came up with the idea of putting a sheer footie at the end of the hose. Used a rubber band to do that, but that wasn't working. Now that I have these clever little Cable Wire Zip Ties, I replaced the rubber band with one of them and it works like a charm. By the way, you would not believe how much lint goes down your drains from your washing machine! I couldn't believe how much lint is captured in the sock attached with these little Zip Ties gems! My husband has also used them outside to hold up a wire from our sprinkler system, I've used them to stabilize some of my larger shrubs and bushes also. They have to be cut to remove, which assures me that this little baby will stay where I put it!!!!

Firm and solid ties!!!
These cable ties I brought to tie up my cable and DVD wires behind my television. I hate having a gazillion on wires going everywhere and with these I have no more worries about them. These cable ties are very easy to put on and slide on and then getting them to lock down and stay tight.

Good zip ties.
These are good zip ties. I use them to organize the wires in PC cases. Makes them much better looking and clean.

Quite flimsy
I've had a large number of these blow out already using them as cable ties, it doesn't take much for them to pop if they are under strain.
