What has changed?

Easy Street pumps have been my go to for a few years fir their comfort and stability with a block 2" heel but sizing keeps changing. Navy I just bought in a 8.5 narrow size and it fits well on one foot and a tad lose on the other but doable. However, the insides are not as plump as they used to be which necessitates me using inserts. What are you doing Easy Street...please don't go cheap.

Not a true wide fit

I purchased these shoes for the heel height. I was surprised that they came in wide width. I needed some dress shoes for work that I can wear on a daily basis and that were comfortable. First try they seem to fit but was only able to wear for maybe 2 hrs? Needless to say I ended up having to run to the local dollar tree for some flip flops. Fortunately I have my own office and my job is mostly sitting at a desk. I recently bought a shoe stretcher, so I'm going to see after stretching them (width wise) if they will still "squeeze" my feet.

Super cute and comfortable

These are cute basic tan pumps. The heels aren’t too high, and they are very cheap. I will be wearing these a lot!

Wrong shoe???

Ordered this shoe but was too big so reordered a smaller size which fits BUT a different style shoe was delivered yet order said its the same shoe as first order! The heel is totally different on the second pair; not what I wanted in a heel!

Shoe runs large in length.

Beautiful shoes, ordered my regular size 9 1/2 wide, but the shoe was too big. Even with heel liners my foot slips out. The shoes were sent in a plastic mailing bag and the box was damaged probably in the mailing. Will be returning the shoes.

These shoes were rather comfortable when i tried them on however it was totally a half a size bigger. My two stars were just for the fact that i liked the style and the feel but lousy on the part of the company who refused to acknowledge that maybe they are calling the shoes by the wrong sizes, In the pictures you can see that both shoes are way too big. If only one shoe was bigger i would say it's my feet but when both shoes are bigger that's an indication that you need to specify that they run bigger than labeled. I always wear an 8.5 and i'm a petite build and I never have a problem fitting into that size unless it states that the shoe is off with the size. Basically they refused to pay for the return shipping even though I ordered another size. That's what you call poor customer service. Either you know your product and inform your customers or man up and agree that you made a mistake that i shouldn't have to pay for!!!!!!

Extremely Inconsistent Sizing

The shoes themselves are nice, and seem fairly comfortable, however the sizing is VERY inconsistent. I first ordered my regular size (7.5W) and they were too small. So I exchanged them for an 8, which were way too big. With huge jump between a 1/2 size, I had my suspicions so re-ordered the 7.5, and this time when they came there were way too big! I'm going to try one final time ordering the size 7W and am hoping for a good fit. Otherwise the quality seems pretty good and if I can finally get a pair that fit I expect that they'll be pretty comfy.

Extra wide is far from it!

I was so disappointed in the sizing of this shoe. There is no way the width is an extra wide. At most, it felt like a regular width and I could barely get my foot in the shoe. I will be returning this.
