nice looking shoe

A nice looking shoe from element. Your typical casual skater but more of "dress" shoe for looks. I wouldn't go out trying to all day skate in these. They look awesome and are of typical element style and build. Now the fit. for me they are a little narrow. However I have a large foot and am on my feet 8 hours a day and they tend to swell a bit. If you have a normal size foot these should feel fine. I got 11s and I would expect them to fit someone with a normal 11 just fine.

Disappointed

While these shoes look nice they are not very comfortable to wear and provide very little arch support. I can’t wear them very long and would never try to walk very far in them.

Great, stylish shoes that look a lot like Vans. Came in a box so neat I decided to keep it. Comfortable right out of the box, great traction, zero issues. My husband loves these and even my picky son gave it a nod. We will definitely look for this brand again.

So much nicer than the canvas shoes I wore in high school...wait I still wear them in high school

Upfront disclosure: I received this item through the Amazon Vine program for review. When I was in high school I wore Chucks everywhere, except when I ran. They fit my AA size 12's nicely and they were affordable. Jump forward a few years and I just can't wear them anymore. They still fit, but they just hurt a bit much and cost a bit too much thanks to trends. These days I teach high school science and I wear canvas shoes daily to teach. I ordered these expecting them to be about like my old canvas shoes but hopefully a bit more comfortable. I am happy to say, they are. The are narrow and fit my feet very nicely. My toes are not squished and they are fairly cushy for canvas shoes. Now I have seen other reviews that complained about how they were not supportive enough. Well if you are like me in your 40's, inserts would probably be a good idea long term, but that can be said of pretty much any shoe out there on the market. The design of these shoes is just awesome. The details in how they are made are actually better than my Vans that I wear most of the time at work. The edges are seam bound. The stitching seems nicely done. The rubber is suitably grippy and so far not squeaky. Best yet, the design printed on the shoes is spectacular. They make me smile. If you want a pair of good canvas shoes, these are excellent, especially if you have narrow feet.
