Love this

I love the chic look of this and I think it's amazing, but it takes up a lot of essential oil. Could be a little strong at first, but quickly fades. Going to try with different oils. Be careful if the oils because it will change the color of the clay infuser on top.

Cute, but uses up oil quickly

It’s adorable, and I was pleasantly surprised that mine came with a 15ml bottle of orange essential oil. I poured that in right away, and within a few hours, the room was filled with the refreshing aroma. However, the smell/oil didn’t last for 2 weeks as advertised. It was really only a matter of a few days, maybe a week, so it felt like a waste of oil. This may be in part because I live in a very dry climate, but I don’t know. In the future, I will use my plug-in diffuser for those needs because it only requires a few drops of oil in water at a time to fill the room with the scent. I don’t regret this purchase though because the little ceramic cactus is an adorable little display item.

Great Customer Service!

This product is awesome! It doesn’t even look like an oil diffuser! My only issue is that after a while the finishing on the wood started peeling off but I looked at the box and saw the product comes with a one-year warranty! I contacted the company and they quickly resolved the issues!

Cute diffuser but bad smell & uses up oils more than electric ones

If you like the scent of someone chewing gum, this is the essential oil for you (barf). The difffuser is cute but I didn't realize that it would use up a whole 15ml vial of essential oil in 2 weeks, nor that it would smell like the inside of an Excel packet. I'll be buying a different essential oil but will probablt rarely use this diffuser as it devours the oil rather than using a few drops like electric diffusers do.
