Lifesaver
I'm not a sportsperson or a fit person. I'm actually 5'2" and overweight at 100kg. I have tried so many products - cheap ones. After the fourth one tried this. I thought it was expensive. I have plantar fasciitis for months and months. I also have ankle and knee pains. I just thought this product being expensive (especially with 5 kids and rather spend money on them) wouldn't work for someone like me. This product has changed me. I can go as far as to say it has saved my life. My plantar fasciitis and ankles are till upsetting in the mornings, but when I put my shoes on with these in my feet change. I wear these for 3-4 hours a day!! I do need new shoes to put them in as my trainers have ripped at the top where the insoles have pushed, but I can walk : ) I have actually lost 5kg in 2 months because I am able to walk again. This is not a exaggeration. I only wish I could afford another pair as I have tried to keep taking them out of one pair to another!! Thank you so much for this product. Without this I would still be walking with crutches. Again this is not an exaggeration. It was my reality. Thank you to whoever made this!!

中敷は十数種類試しました。 中敷は買い足すということは、なんらかの不具合を感じたからであって、どれも満足いかなかった。でも、このD3Oは何も気にせず履き続けられます。と言うことは、かなり良いです。 ただ、値段が高いです。

They made my trainers feel less cushioned and raised my heel which effected my foot strike.
I was really excited and hope about trying these insoles as I don't have much natural padding on the soles of my feet, especially on the forfeit and toe areas, but unfortunately I really did not get on well with these at all! I tried them in road and trail shoes on a few 5-6 mile runs and it was the same in both. Firstly they felt very stiff and hard under my feet - my shoes felt a lot less comfortable and that they lost a lot of their existing cushioning. Secondly they are stacked a good few mm higher at the heel than standard insoles that come in the trainers so they lifted my heel and increased the drop of the shoe. This caused me to have to run slightly differently, changing my foot strike (I'm usually a mid foot striker, but these made me run more on my heel) and I could feel it in my calf. As they lifted my heels higher in the shoe it also felt like I had slightly less support from the heel cup. These insoles might be a better buy if you are a heel striker and are looking for more cushioning there. I will not be using these insoles and will pass them on for some else to try. An expensive mistake :-(

Wasn't sure these would do the trick
I've been having lower back pains since before I completed The Vitality Big Half on 1st March. It means I've done very little running wince the Half, as I have been scared of being in more pain, to be honest. I thought these would be worth a shot, given I couldn't go and see my osteopath. I was dubious to say the least, but thought they'd be worth a try for the money. Wow - I've used them twice now and the second run I actually thought "this is it, I'm back running". I can't tell you how happy I am to have found these. I was beginning to get really down about the idea of wasting all that half training, but now I can get back out there and get on with enjoying my daily exercise. THANK YOU!!

I like them as they do the job. And work for me. And they are just the right thickness. Other brands are good but come up thicker. This can then make footwear tighter
