It is a good size and works great for cleaning off muddy shoes & boots. Only thing I don't like, is it doesn't stay in place. Have to keep putting it back under the door. Otherwise, it is just what I was looking for.

Should be heavier.

Is not as heavy as the first one I got a awhile ago from another store. It slides around. I got it for snow and dirt and that makes it difficult to scrape off the shoes.

looks like the real thing but it is super flimsy. should have returned it.

the bristles on this thing are so sparse that you end up standing on the metal coil when using the mat. i’m doing a little dance every time i step on it without shoes on. it’s quiet uncomfortable. also, you can feel the metal scraping on the floor while brushing your shoes which is so wrong. the metal also deforms easily after lightly kicking the mat back into place when it moved around. i ended up putting a piece of carpet underneath to keep the metal from touching the ground and the whole thing from moving constantly. 10 years ago we bought a doormat that looked exactly like this one for the front of the house. it still works great! now, that we needed one for the back yard i thought of getting the same kind, not expecting THIS. well, those quality-days are over, i guess.

Good product

Really sturdy mat, open rows allows dirt to fall through so it can be easily swept away. My other solid mat held the dirt and was a pain to clean. Does a good job.

Very pleased! My dog wouldn't walk on it at first ...

We have two of these, front and back door. Very pleased! My dog wouldn't walk on it at first but has grown accustom. The only problem we have is it shifts easily to one side or the other as there is no "rubber mat" backing. Not a problem for us. I would buy several times over.
