More difficult than expected

All the pieces are pretty much the same shape, which makes the puzzle a lot more difficult

It's not easy to to put together - but it IS possible!!!

I liked how the pieces fit together, and even though there were some very close ones, none could fit in more than the one place where it was meant

Quirky pieces. Good Image. So so board quality.

Never purchased one from this maker before. Nevertheless, overall, I found the image quality to be good, even if first impressions suggest it has been overly 'enhanced'. The quirky shaped pieces made for a real challenge but one I enjoyed immensely. Because of this quirky cut, there was no chance of putting pieces in the wrong place. This was a big plus. A couple of niggles though are responsible for reducing my review to four stars: 1> The die-cut is poor, with many pieces still quite firmly joined together. I found that a sharp scalpel was able to separate them without degrading the quality of the image. (Others may prefer to leave them joined.) 2> Although quite thick cut, the board used is nowhere near the compressed standard of (say) Clementoni puzzles. This means that even on first use, a number of the pieces showed early signs of the board lifting and separating. My gut feel is that after several uses, unless one is very careful, the puzzle could lose it's enjoyment.

Bought this for my 25 y.o. daughter since it was a place we'd been, and the image was amazing. Upon her first evening working on this puzzle, she also discovered many improperly cut pieces that were stuck together. She also told me that the is almost ZERO variation in the shape and size of the individual pieces. This means that most of the pieces fit fine in an almost infinite amount of locations. She has to try each of a certain color in a lot of different orders, making it almost impossible to tell if it is correct..... until she finds another spot that is missing a piece that was apparently placed somewhere else, in error, even thought it fits perfectly. Can anybody remember when it wasn't difficult to find a good puzzle. This is NOT..

there was 2 shapes

we didn't finish this puzzle. there were 2 piece shape and almost impossible to figure out the puzzle. We did about 1/2 and both my husband and I were so frustrated...we gave up ...gave it to 2 different friends and both gave up...If you like puzzles that take 4-5 hours per piece...this is the one for you...
