long legs, short body, hard seat

I'm short (5'2") and was looking for a chair where my back could reach the rest and my knees could still bend 90 degrees, which requires a seat depth around 17-18" for me. The seat was a bit long for that, but if I spread my legs around the center rest that juts out I can sit back on it. At that point the headrest touches at about mid-shoulderblade making it feel like I would need a much shorter body to fit the back rest comfortably while my legs are too short for for the seat. The seat is on the hard side so I wouldn't recommend for anyone planning on sitting for more than 5-6 hours a day (i.e. not for a home office working an 8 hours shift). Two of the wheels didn't turn very well and kind of dragged, but that's just nitpicking at this point. That being said it seems to be fairly good quality and well made. I would recommend having a helper to assemble unless you're a little monkey let myself and can balance the seat back between your knee and elbow while holding the arm piece and lining up the screws. I delegated it to replacing my craft room chair which is like sitting on a wooden chair now and kept my old office chair. My bum hurt after just 5 hours of sitting on it and the back/head rest is very oddly placed so as an OFFICE chair I can't give it more than 3 stars.

Not what I ordered

The media could not be loaded. The chair I ordered DID NOT HAVE ANY WRITING ON IT! See photo. After I assembled the chair ( Not that easy,the holes didn’t line up at all) And when they did it was Hard to screw in ) Anyway I didn’t notice the DPX letters until my wife got home and asked why I got lettering on the chair. I checked what I ordered and Nowhere does it say anything about DPX or Any letttering. If I hadn’t assembled it and it was a pain to do so I would have returned it

Overall good chair

I am terrible at assembling yet it only took me 20 minutes or so to assemble it. Very easy. The armrests aren't very useful and kind of get in the way. But overall, a good chair especially for the price.

Great chair for the price.

PTO office chair delivers. This office chair offers great value. It is nicely padded and firm. I don't like my chairs cushy like a pillow. The up/down lever works nicely. Rolls very smoothly on hardwood. Advice for installation: tip the chair sideways resting on the floor in order to secure the back attachment. Push down on armrest, then fasten the 2 nuts. A hex key is provided. Only labor is required.

Frustrating

Is sliding down

I purchased this chair a few months ago. In the beginning it was comfortable and a good chair for the price. However; after a few months now, the chair will not stay up and keeps sliding down. I have to adjust the seat height constantly. I am not overweight, so this can not be the problem. I am not happy with this at all.

Excellent Service

This company's service is excellent; they dealt with my issues immediately. Because the chair was rather large for me, I gave it to my "hefty" son-in-law as a gift; and he absolutely loves it. So it's highly recommended for larger people who might find similar chairs too snug.
