Perfect Solution!

I bought this and the Extreme Max 3006.6862 Heavy-Duty Aluminum Boat Trailer Step - 6" x 30" at the same time so I could better access my boat while it's on the trailer. The 6" x 30" version is great for accessing my mechanical cover where both feet need to be on the trailer. Gives me much better leverage and balance when doing work on the boat. The 6" x 9" version is great for the front of the trailer where I need to access storage in the bow. Both are very sturdy. Haven't taken it to the lake yet, but the diamond plating seems like it will give me good traction if I need to use the steps after I land the boat and pull the trailer out of the water.
