Teeth were skipping
Used it twice then the teeth started to skip in a spot surprised me when it let go. Customer service was quick and sent me a replacement parts

Does the job
Works well, might be able to bend it near the head with a lot of force, I'm 120kg and can do pull ups off the end of it all the way out. Feels sturdy when doing so. Very happy with purchase, can't go wrong for the money.

Don’t use it all the time but when I do it works
I have had this ratchet for about 6 years now. I’ve worn out one anvil and paw set but I was able to flip the anvil and have it come out the top to get me through a job. I just bought a rebuild kit for and it it’s still going strong. I will say I’ve abused this. I’ve used 2” ratchet straps to yard on it a few times and it flexed pretty good but the handle still works. For the money you can’t beat it.

Solid ratchet when extra torque is needed. Just extend the ratchet and break and apply force no cheater pipe needed

Bigger platform than the 3/4 drive.
I have just recieved my 1" drive ratchet but I have not put it to the test "yet". In the pictures it is beside my 3/4" drive ezred for comparison. I also included a $5 bill, 2" proto 1" drive socket and a speed square for comparison. I am a millwright in a foundry and I have been happy my 3/4" drive ezred. So I purchased the 1" drive as well. I am glad the 1" drive has a overall bigger platform. It's about 3-5 pounds heavier. The 1" drive ratchet head measurements are 2.735" wide and 1.346" thick. The handle O.D. at the head is 1.1" thick and at the handle end 1.435" thick. Compared to the 3/4 drive ratchet. The 3/4 head measurements are 2.427" wide and .82" thick. The handle O.D. at the head is .91" thick and at the handle end1.22" thick.

Lose screws
Went to clean and noticed a screw missing. The other one was lose. There was blue stuff on the thread but it did not stop the screw from backing off. I opened the cover and added grease because it had not been greased from the manufacture. Follow up: I called the company and explained what happened. Within a week and a half I received two new screws. I used loctite on both screws. Very happy with the service.
