Great for Touching Up the Grey

So it’s makeup and I’m a dude, blah, blah. Now that I have reached a certain age, the grey is coming in on my beard and not on my hair, so it looks weird. I brush a touch of this on the beard and now the walls match the ceiling. Nobody can tell, and I didn’t have to buy that messy Just For Men dye. It’s quick and easy touch up. Works on hair too, from what it says, but if you have a beard or mustache that is going gray before the rest of your hair, this is a compact, discreet way to bring your beard back to its original color

Coverage

This product is great! I love the coverage it provides to cover gray hair. It’s not as easy to use as in the promoted video and I need to use a lot each time I use it. I like it better then the spray and it doesn’t affect me getting my hair colored. It’s great for the week before my apt for root coverage at work.

Covers grey roots

This product is good for blonde hair. Not many that claim to cover grey, actually work for blonde hair. This product helps me stretch my color another week (to 4 weeks, instead of 3).

a little on the expensive side but worth the money

great gray coverage and it stays pretty long. it stays better than many sprays i used. i have a completely white hair and color my hair in medium blonde. this shade looks like it would be too dart but it blended perfectly this is my second purchase

I wish the brush was bigger

I like the coverage that this product provided, but I wish that the brush was more flat and wider. The coverage area I needed required that type of brush. I would consider purchasing again and just using a different brush. It did not seem to make my hair, heavy or oily

It works

I lighten my roots when they begin to grow out. I got the platinum shade. This helps me in between times I lighten to partially hide my roots. I only use it on the part and maybe my bangs. Does pretty good.

It works!

I am Indian and I colour my hair black, but within the month, I'll end up with a strip of white roots in the middle of my hair. Before, I used to use sprays but a friend told me about WOW. She uses it and said it was great for covering the white roots until my next colour. I had a look, but was worried because WOW is rather pricey, compared with other products. My friend buys the 'dark brown' for her black hair, so I did the same, but I did thinks 'should I buy the black?'. Anyway, the product arrived, and I tried the 'dark brown' straight away. I found the description of the product to be true: it covered the white root strip in the middle of my head (parting), it doesn't smudge onto pillows (but will be on your fingertips if you rub your fingers in it), dark brown was spot on for my black hair, and I'm confident that no-one will spot that I've used it because it looks so natural. The big question: would I recommend it? Absolutely. :)

Excellent coverage - just don’t assume it’s a substitute for dying your hair

Very good and lasting coverage, it stays on until the next time you wash your hair. It doesn’t stain my pillows but of course stains my fingers if I rub the covered area. People need to bear in mind this is NOT a substitute for dying your hair - it’s for roots only, and of course has a matt, powdery finish because it ultimately IS a compact powder. Which makes sense as it’s for the roots, try putting on a hair mascara or something similar and the roots will look greasy and sticky! Lastly, it may seem expensive but one item lasts me about one and a half years, so it really doesn’t break the bank.

Wow

When I first got this product, I don’t think I applied it quite right and of course was disappointed. Having re tired, by taking smaller pieces and holding the hair close to the scalp I achieved better results. I feel the platinum box is a little misleading as I’m not sure how they achieve such bright highlights on such dark roots. I have spoken with WOW about this and await their response. However if you don’t expect miracles this is a very god product and I’m so pleased I have bought a second one! If you look at the pic, left side is without WOW the right is after I applied, it’s pretty good !

What’s going on?!

I’m astonished by the poor reviews for this product! Not sure what they’re reviewing but I’ve been using this for years and it’s fantastic. Saves me a fortune in that I can delay recolouring for two weeks and people are always amazed when I tell them I have grey hair. It covers well, lasts between shampoos and doesn’t come off on my pillow. What are you all using?!

Not like in the photos

I wanted a few extra weeks between bleaching my roots so after reading the reviews I went with this. First of all the pallet is the same size as an eye shadow pallet, yet this is designed to cover up hair, so I was very surprised how little of the the product there actually was, which doesn't make it good cause for money. The platinum blonde I received looks more like gold blonde, no where near as light as I hoped. After filling up my brush and applying the product as described it doesn't cover my roots, just leaves a gingery dust on my head as it falls from my hair onto my scalp. I honestly got a better result covering my dark roots with white eyeshadow.
