Good quality, a little lightweight

This is a decent compression sleeve. If you're looking for something lightweight but still provides some support this will do the job. If you need something with a lot of support, it's probably not this. So if you already have an injury there are probably better sleeves out there. But for prevention and staying warmed up, this should work great.

Runs big. Loose fitting. Good quality and comfortable material.

I got the medium to large and it seems to be too big. Doesn’t feel like a compression because it’s not tight enough for my arm. The material is comfortable. My arm doesn’t sweat as much as with other compression sleeves I’ve tried in the past. Good product just runs a bit big. Make sure you order a size smaller than your usual and you will be fine.

FILA Accessories Compression Elbow Sleeve I'm 6" and 185 lbs and the S/M fit great. It does give some relief but not as much as I had hoped. It's very comfortable and lightweight. It doesn't offer very much protection and But I think its more for allowing movement. This compression sleeve helps a little and a little is better than nothing.

Solid lightweight support.

This is a solid compression sleeve. It is lighter weight than my others so I would say it is less protective than a lot of other options. However, the lighter weight makes it more comfortable to wear on longer workouts or even during the day during non-exercise times. So, don't buy this for strictly orthopedic purposes but, if a lightweight support will work, this is a solid option.

Helps end "tennis elbow" pain and costs less than major brands

This is a terrific elbow sleeve! I am a long distance runner and have "tennis elbow" from prolonged repetitive running movement. I have tried using KT tape which works well until it starts to peel off due to sweat or sometimes rain. Then, it just gets annoying and distracting, and it's also expensive if used on a regular basis. I have also tried a very expensive elbow sleeve made by Bauerfeind, and it didn't work because that one was more of a thicker knit and it kept bunching up... plus it was hot. The other compression I tried was by 2XU and it was too long (to be fair, that was a compression arm sleeve and not just an elbow sleeve) and the sizing was weird, so it just didn't fit. I saw this one made by Fila and decided to go for it. I'm glad I did! The elbow specific length was perfect, as it does not feel really hot like the full arm sleeve. The size chart was accurate, and it washes and air-dries overnight. Recommended!
