Nice, but you may need to drill drain holes
This is a very nice planter/pot, made of sturdy plastic that should last several years. I don't hesitate to recommend it. That said, I'll add to what a few other reviewers have noted. Although the description includes "Excellent drainage reservoir to trap water and keep it away from plants roots," what it doesn't mention is that the planter itself has no drainage for when it gets too much water. If you use these outdoors, as I do, you will be unpleasantly surprised to discover that - after a heavy rain - your plant is drowning. An appointment with my power drill will solve this in short order, but it's worth mentioning because it's much easier to drill those holes BEFORE you've filled the planter. (I'd prefer the holes on the bottom, not the sides, as that will not look nice.)

I absolutely LOVE these planters
Best around. Come in a variety of sizes to meet your needs. I love that I can just fill the well and let the roots do what they do best. My plants have never looked better. No more sitting in water, or being dry. These are perfect!

Very pretty but serious drawbacks
I ordered these pots a little over a year ago. The color is gorgeous, and the size was perfect. And I love that they are so lightweight so that I can still lift them after I fill them up. HOWEVER, sadly, I will not buy these again, and I can only recommend these to someone who will use them in a covered area in mild temperatures. I live in an area that does not get very cold although it does get hot. Also, in the summer, we often get heavy rain showers.. These pots held up VERY poorly in those conditions. Big chunks of the plastic just fell off. Weird. Also, the drainage is terrible! There is a tray at the bottom that allows about one inch of water to accumulate below the soil, but the water has nowhere to go, so it just has to evaporate. I added lots of mulch before I added dirt to help with the drainage, but, after a rain shower, I have to tip the pots over some to pour out the water so my plants won't die. I don't want to think about the money I wasted when so many of my herbs died last year due to being in a pot that would not drain. I wanted to love these pots so badly, but this was money wasted. I am very disappointed.

Very Happy With These Planters!
Bought two and they are exactly what I was looking for to put some Cottage Farms sunpatiens in. Lightweight, pretty green color, and they don't look like plastic. No need to pull out a drill to put holes in the bottom, I easily popped out the holes marked with a scored "X" with a pair of kitchen scissors, you could also use the tip of a screwdriver, the plastic bits pop out easily. I purchased the saucers to go with the planters however the ones suggested don't fit the planters very well, they have a raised ring in the bottom that the planter is supposed to sit on, unfortunately the planter does not fit securely but I'm using them anyway so the water can drain.

Well made for a plastic pot, but not best drainage system
This is a really good pot for being made from plastic, which I normally would avoid, but I'm on a budget and desperately needed a larger pot for my plant. The only reason I docked one star is because the drainage system isn't the most practical. I just have to be really careful not to over water, otherwise I could get a lot of water sitting below the soil that isn't easy to drain out. I'm worried this could be mold prone, but there's no problems with that yet.

Nice ecconomical planters
These are nice ecconomical planters, but I purchased the Fiskars 12" Terra trays of the same color to go with them and they don't fit. It's too much trouble to send them back and I can always use trays for something else. Besides, I have clear trays I can use with these pots.

Good price and nice quality
They are great! The only thing is that one of my planters did not come with a drainage piece. So I’ll drill a hole on the bottom and use something in place of it.
