Poorly made

Within 6 months the stitching on the chair started unraveling and the hydraulics quit working. I contacted customer support and they advised me they were going to ship out replacement parts the next day. This has been 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive any replacement parts. Very poor customer service.

Sturdy chair for the price

Nice, quality chair. I upgraded since I'm working from home more now. I think the chair is worth the price.

So far so good!

I searched far and wide for a decently priced but comfy and supportive chair because I sit in my chair for long hours. Box looked quite beat up when it got to me. Despite that, everything was intact and assembly was pretty straightforward and painless. Chair feels pretty comfy, love that the arms flip up! Only thing that feels flimsy is that the right arm seems to flex a bit when I lean on it, unlike the left side. Not sure why, but other than a slight nuisance that's fine! Will update if anything changes but so far so good.
