Looks Great

We had to saw it shorter so each end could fit into a stud. Didn't want to risk the wall anchors not holding up when people pull on the towels. Maybe we were being overly cautious. It looks great.

Good quality overall; color is darker than most oil rubbed bronze fixtures

Product arrived intact and complete Installation was as expected with good directions and illustrations. Mounting template was accurate as long as you stretch the paper to eliminate the creases prior to taping to the wall. Following the instructions, the finished product mounted very securely on the wall despite what a few reviews noted (perhaps, updates to the product rectified earlier issues noted by other reviews.) The product does not feel cheap and, in fact, the bar itself is metal, not cheap plastic as a few reviews have claimed. The one possible downside to the Franklin KInla bathroom fixtures in oil-rubbed bronze is the color which is darker than most other oil-rubbed fixtures and shows almost no gold hues except for the obvious highlight rings. It really appears to be black in color. If you want to match other oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, most will notice the color difference. It wasn't worth it to me to pay double the price to match the Moen oil-rubbed bronze bath faucet.

Slightly Longer than Measurement

We purchased this for the living quarters of our horse trailer. The measurement shown online was off about 1/8" which mattered for the door on which we were mounting one of the holders. My husband ended up cutting the bar enough for a proper fit. Quality and finish were better than expected at this price range.

Looks great!

Love this product. Had trouble in the beginning as it kept falling down when I'd pull my towel off of it. Once my husband put his strength into it - it has stayed up.

Great product, Poor packaging

got this in the mail with parts sticking out of the package. Non of it was missing or damaged but the next shippment was missing parts. They are nice rods, easy to install.

Very good except my bar had a scratch

Perfect and right price. Only thing I didn’t like was I had a scuff on the bar... well built, good instructions and sturdy. Easy to install as long as you have a drill to put in your drywall anchors.

Good quality and easy to install. Read instructions carefully in order to mark for wall anchors. Paper template is for 3 sizes of towel holders. Good match for rubbed bronze faucets we have.
