Relieves back pain
I sat in a co-workers to see if it helped my back pain, and I loved it so much I pulled my phone out and ordered my own as I was sitting on it. I’ve been using mine for a few weeks now and it’s an absolute game changer for my back pain. It allows me to keep my hips rolled forward and my spine to stay stacked. Highly recommend.

Ball is kind of hard
I'd been sitting on a larger yoga ball for a long time, and really wanted one on wheels. So maybe, 2 years in, this ball will have a softer feel. But it's just a hard, firm ball. I've let out some air, I've released, then repumped to different levels. It's just harder than my other yoga ball. So it's not as comfortable to sit on all day. But the benefit of being able to wheel away from the desk, then wheel back, usually wins out. But I hoped to replace the other ball. And now I have 2 yoga balls at my desk, instead of 1.

Love the yoga ball! The stool wasn’t quite big enough to actually hold the fully inflated ball which was weird but the ball still stays in without the stools siding fully screwed on. The stool makes the ball very tall so makes it a little difficult to use a standard height desk. I have a standing desk station on my desk, so sitting criss cross applesauce and brining the desktop up slightly made it very comfortable for me. Otherwise cumbersome fit. I use it more with just yoga ball and no stool.

Helps my posture
Sitting at a desk all day sucks. I find my neck and shoulders to be tight and painful and I have a tendency to slouch forward. With this ball chair I am unable to slouch as much and finds myself to have better posture.

Love the Chair. Hate the Casters.
Very pleased with the chair overall. I'm 6' and was worried it would be a little short. It might be but getting the roller blade wheel casters or a larger ball would be an easy fix. Now the casters, I absolutely hate. Why they put locking casters on this thing is beyond me. Why they put casters that lock on a hair trigger seems malevolent. I've had these casters lockup because the vibration from rolling the chair was too much. My current solution is superglue and cut off the tabs. If all else fails, I'll just buy new casters. The kit seems to come with a few unnessicary items. I see no need for the metal rails of the evil locking casters. It would be nice if they just ommited these items and shaved the price a hair.

I like it however the color is very different then pictured. They called it magenta, it’s more of a watermelon pink.

Great Product, Great Customer Service
As soon as I sat on this chair, I felt great. I felt like I was sitting taller and straighter. I anticipated the ball might be a little low for me so I bought on a separate order the little leg extenders they sell to make the chair taller but I didn't need them. The chair was a perfect height. The customer service I experienced during the return transaction for the leg extenders was outstanding. The chair is easy to assemble; rolls around; no problem getting in and out from my desk - I experienced this problem with a different balance ball from another company. If you're looking for something like this, I would recommend this product. Good Product, Good Company - from my experience.

I Love my New Balance Chair!
So far I absolutely love my new balance ball chair. It makes sitting at a desk easier than it ever has been for me, which wasn’t comfortable before. It practically forces you into the correct posture, but in a non-intrusive way, plus you can exercise while sitting - and active sitting is much better than just slouching while working. I highly recommend it, especially if you have joint or posture issues. Also, bouncing is fun, it feels like a seated trampoline lol, plus it’s just the cutest. ????

Trust the process for inflating the ball…
Trust the instructions to fill then wait 24 hours, then fill with air the rest of the way. On the first try we were disappointed thinking like others that the ball was a dud and not really 52”. But we were able to fill it to full size after the 24 hours. Really happy with ball chair. Glad we went with backless based on reviews that the backrest ultimately is non-functional.
