Great Idea

Well made and Great idea, BUT, as the drawers move in and out, the dividers move around, do not stay where you set them up, especially when tools are in use and not in the organizer. I love Gearwrench products, they are all well made, but this one needs alittle more r and d, something to make the dividers stay where you put them.

Gets the job done

This works just as described. Organized my excess pliers great. Gave four stars because I felt they weren’t as sturdy as I’d like. New to plier organizers so idk if this is something that comes with an adjustable rack. May try some others down the road but for now this works fine.

Space saver

It is what I was looking for with the adjustable dividers. It saved me 2.5 inches from a different brand with the same amount of pliers, but did not take a picture of. just wish they sold the dividers separately for someone like me trying to customize the available space. It is a little loose but not a Deal breaker. Also if they made it out off aluminum it would have been perfect. All in all I recommend it and would be buying more.

Nice item but a bit "too" adjustable

I like the Gearwrench brand so I picked these pliers organizer over the others, figuring the adjustable feature might come in handy. These are fine and once they are set up they work as expected. However, there is very little friction holding the fins in place and they slide out of place very easily. Just placing a heavy set of vice grips in will cause the fins to spread apart until the hit the pliers on each side. As long as the rack is full then these work ok. Other than that they work fine and the orange color makes it easy to see the pliers.

Completely adjustable

Wanted something that was adjustable for each pliers and not a set spacing. These work great for my needs in a stationary tool cabinet. If you're really looking to fit as much as possible, I suppose you could cut the excess plastic off the base once you set the dividers where you want then, if you think you'll never change pliers. So far so good. We'll see how well the plastic holds up. Wish they were metal, but no one makes one like this that I've found.

Love it. Better than any other

I was looking around for a good one. I went to harbor freight and Home Depot but couldn’t find one I like so I tried this one, and let me say it is quality. I liked it so much I bought two more. A must have for any tool box.

Harbor Freight organizer is better.

I compared this product with the Harbor Freight US General adjustable pliers organizer and decided this Gearwrench organizer had less features. Advantages of US General vs Gearwrench are: 1. Has 16 dividers vs 13 dividers. More dividers can be added to either product but 13 dividers is not enough for most any arrangement. 2. Metal base vs plastic base. The design seems identical but the metal base seems more rigid, sturdy, and more durable. 3. Red dividers vs yellow dividers. Red matches color of most other tools/organizers in my toolbox. Some may prefer orange though. 4. Cheaper cost. Even before a HB coupon the US General brand is $1 cheaper. Both are made in Taiwan and very similar otherwise. I wish there was a version with dividers that lock in place after adjustment so they don’t move when removing/replacing pliers in the organizer. Other pliers organizers offer non adjustable dividers which may work for certain pliers. Metal dividers would be nice as well.

Ok, but can't add dividers

Quality is okay, but fact that you can't add dividers is a downfall. Also taller that it needs to be and won't fit in most standard drawers. Better solutions out there.

I like my new gearwrench adjustable plier rack it gives me more room in my toolbox and it’s easier to find my pliers

Me gusto mucho! Acomode el cajón de pinzas Me gustaría que trajese mas divisiones o al menos poder comprarlas por separado y que ademas estas tuviesen alguna especie de indentaciones para que se mantengan en su sitio ya que se mueven facil mente! A pesar de esto comprare mas!

Moves when drawer opens or closee

It’s not too bad it’s useable, but my biggest issue is that when I take a plier out and close my drawer, everything moves in the plier rack and I have to readjust everything to fit that plier back in, just gets a bit annoying, but I’m sure depending how it’s layed in your drawer will make a difference. That’s why I’ll still give it 3 stars
