I had to buy smaller size

I purchased 18W but was to loose so exchanged for 16W. It was very easy to exchange and buy the correct size.

Fits in waist, baggy around thighs

I returned these because I want Bermuda shorts to be fitted to my thighs but these were baggy which looks sloppy and unflattering to me. I returned them.

These fit true to size and are comfortable to wear. Looks nice too.

cuff is funky.

Cuff on the shorts was very funky and did not lay correctly when worn. I sewed the cuff down flat and now I love the shorts. The bronze clip on each side of the shorts did not help a good flat hem, so sewing them was the answer.
