Great core workout!

This fitness plank board really steps up my core workout! Not only is the plank position a great exercise for your core, but add this board to your routine and you will get to your fitness goals even faster! With the inflatable ball at the bottom, you will have to work your core as you stabilize yourself so that you don't rock forward / backward or side-to-side. There is a cushion top (great idea!) so your forearms don't hurt like they do when you are on the floor when doing planks. Another great feature is that there is a smart phone rest so you can watch exercise videos/apps while you work out! Overall, super pleased with my purchase!

OMGosh I hurt

I am just starting to work out after 3 kids. I used to do something similar and thought wow I like this its going to be an easy way to get back into exercise. It is a good hurt but I definitely know I did 45seconds on it. Can not wait for Saturday to do it again. very easy to follow exercise app>

Planking for longer than I realized

I am one of those that loves planks and was surprised how fast the time went while engaging with the games on the associate app. I enjoyed the variety of twists and challenges that left my core burning. The deck is stable, great grip under the elbows and easy set up. Great addition to my workout equipment.

It's not like the Stealth.

There is an inflatable rubber ball that sits between the board and the floor. That makes it difficult to twist when you're on it, which makes playing a game difficult to nearly impossible. Wish I had just gone with the Stealth brand.

Love this plank board really helped me be able to workout from home properly! Has a phone holder right in the middle of the board which makes viewing the screen on my phone easy for my workout video that I follow. Adding this board to my workout has been a game changer and great product for the price!

Great Workout!!

I was a college athlete and work out every day, but hate doing core. This product is not only fun to use but you feel the impact immediately. High quality construction and portable, the inflated ball underneath makes it even more challenging versus a regular plank on the ground. My new favorite go-to ab workout!! Definitely a must have.

Good for work out, easy to store, nice small phone holder

This is a pretty nice work out device to have at home that you can easily store in your closet or under your bed. It is still a big device so be aware of that. The pads provides a pretty good cushion so I am not having to feel uncomfortable when working out. It does provide you with some information on how to properly use this and what work outs to do. It actually gives me a pretty good workout which is really nice. When I balance on it, I actually do feel the burn. It is pretty easy to learn to use. I do have to put a ton of strength in order to work out and balance on this. The material is pretty thick so I do not expect it to wear out super fast. There is some assembly required so be aware of that. The ball on the bottom is just a normal rubber ball. The material on top makes it so that it evenly distributes the weight which is nice. There is also a nice phone holder you can put your phone into in order to continue to watch stuff while you are working out on this. The bottom can scuff the bottom of the floor so I would recommend using this on a mat. I would also not use this on carpet as the black ball may stain the carpet overtime. It did have this really strong smell on it when it first arrived. I would recommend airing it out. I do not recommend leaving this in the sun. It actually messes up the material. It works pretty much for someone who wants to do a different kind of work out. Overall this is a good workout tool to have but it does take some getting use to. I would recommend taking it slow and just making sure you know what to do before really putting your whole weight on this to avoid injury.
