Does the Job at a Good Price
This is not the fanciest putting mirror but it does the job and is less expensive than most. I have used it and so has my wife. You can check your eye position over the ball and if you shoulders are aligned with the hole.

A useful putting aide--if you dedicate time to use it. It came broken, but was replaced for free, so it is fragile.

Works OK but a stripe on your ball or a steel long ruler is all you need
Works OK but a stripe on your ball or a steel long ruler is all you need. The idea is to hit the ball with the club face square to the ball and the direction of desired travel. You can train putting the ball along the top of a long steel ruler - if the ball stays on in a straight line, you're all set. Or you can stripe a ball in the center all the way aroune using a golf marking template tool and set up the all with the stripe on the top and aimed at a target. If the ball rolls so the line stays straight without wobbling, you're putting correctly.

Great investment
I bought the 16" model. Lines are helpful with line-up of the ball as well as my eye positioning. I was surprised how far inside the ball I had been lining up. Now with practice, I am feeling comfortable lining up with my eyes closer to the ball. It does help me see the line better. The metallic surface reflects fine, so I can see my eyes clearly in the mirror. I have been putting on a mat, so can't comment on how it works on the grass. Based on my experience, I would expect it to work fine on the grass. This is a pretty minimal investment for a really good aid.

Any putting practice is useful and this device gets me onto the practice putting green. I find it most useful to keep my eyes over the ball and my stroke relatively straight, Trying to escape the deep rooted "hit and hope" technique...

It showed that my eyes were not over the ball.
It got my eyes over the ball and trained my eyes to align the putter with the target. My natural unaided aiming of the putter was terribly off. I was naturally aiming way right of the target and the unconsciously pulling the ball left which compensated for misaiming. That produced ok results but seeing the hole in the right place and not pulling the ball works better.

Putting Mirror
If you have a practice putting mat, a putting mirror allows you to line up the ball with your eyes. The mirror can be marked with a Sharpie marker to indicate how far back the putter should go for the forward distance you require. Koz

Not flat
Mirror is not a glass 'mirror'. It is plastic with a reflective surface. Looks nice. Mine did not lay flat when I unboxed it. It was somewhat 'convex'. So image was distorted when looking down. And putter head brushed against it in back and forward stroke. Not very usable. Instead of contacting seller for a refund or exchange, I attempted to flatten it with some heat and heavy books. It just sprung back to same bend! Tried bending it manually - and I broke it. And that's that!
