Beautiful stylish set

Order was received quickly. While unboxing I realized 2 dinner plates, a salad plate, and a bowl were damaged or broken. Tried to reach the vendor to see if I can get a replacement, because there were no more sets left under Amazon.com without luck. Vendor’s website doesn’t work, and when I call I couldn’t get through to anyone.

Where is customer service??

One set of plates arrived just fine. The second set was missing a small plate, and one of the small plates had a crack on the edge. Looks like a defect. ZERO response from customer service after multiple "send us a message" mails, and their phone system just loops and never gets answered. BUYER BEWARE! The rest of the plates are nice, and as described. Would be nice to have the whole set.

These are nice but they are not a true white color - they have more of a grey hint.

NOT WHITE!

So I saw a few reviews saying that these dishes were more "grayish" than white. I tried them anyway with hopes that they would be okay, cuz I was having trouble finding a beaded set. Sadly, had to send them back because they are not "grayish" they are gray! If that's the color you're looking for, these dishes are nice. If you're looking for white, keep on looking.

Poor quality - bubbled & pockmarked glaze

Unfortunately these were terrible quality, with blemishes and bubbles throughout the glaze. They look nice from 10 feet away.

Wanted to love but let down

After only a couple of months are scratching. Scratch way too easily. Are very heavy and do not feel like good quality. Clearly are not good quality if already scratching. Disappointing.

The design of these dishes is very pretty, but the quality is not what I expected. Plates are heavier than the stoneware set I have from 30yrs ago, they’re overly thick. The color is more light grey, than a true white. There are lumps n bumps in the center of the plates, and tiny pin holes inside the bowls. These do not have a clear gloss, they appear filmy and almost mat in some places. It makes them appear unwashed. Really disappointed that I have to return these, as I loved the beaded edge. :(
