Like this hamster cage, everything still works great after a year only thing is the snap locks at the top of the clear faceplate door are bit lose but still works.

My hamster loves it

It was very hard to put it together, just know the small piece that you attach to the cage part and the bottom tray to keep it together are hard to press down. I nearly hurt my thumb and fingers pressing hard down in them. I had to use a lot of strength for that. But after some work, it was well put together. Good quality. ????????

Nice habitat but...

The hamster wheel broke :( Last night while our little critter was running his nightly marathon, it broke at the axle hole...unrepairable. How can I order a replacement wheel that will be compatible with this!? Please help!

Very cool cage, my hamster did not like it at first but once he saw the wheel, he decided he could call it home.

when putting the top part on the little screw button things dont go on easily

we have tried a few different cages untill this one. it took us about 45 minutes to put together. its easy to clean and take apart. has a good amount of room. my hamster loves it. he has a lot of room to move around.

Easy peazy

Pretty easy to put 2gether. Other cage we had had tubes that she would block off on both ends & not come out. I would have to take tubes apart to get her out & then empty where she had packed food & bedding in the ends. She was a new pet & needed more hands on to tame her & to trust us. This cage is perfect. She loves it & I don't have to tear it apart to take her out.

Love it!

I spent a ridiculous amount of time worried about cage reviews so let me save you some time! *Size… I do firmly believe this is too small for a full size hamster. However, I love it for the dwarf hamster we got. The bottom is deep enough for him to burrow. She has plenty of hiding spaces. *Cleaning: The plastic front up top pops right off. Super easy to clean. Our hamster seems very happy. She rearranged her fluffy bedding all over and prefers to stay up top. She doesn’t use the wheel but likes to store her food behind it. It sits nicely on her bathroom counter and we have no complaints!

I gave it 3 because it's easy to use =1☆ Its east to build=1☆ Easy to put stuff in and clean out=1☆ Hamsters love it=1☆ They love the wheel and how it's placed=1☆ That all equals 5 stars right but It's stains easy some how the Hamster got out once and that's all btw that equal 3 because the stains =-2☆

Looks good but a few issues

The wheel is a bit small for full sized Syrian hamsters. If the hamster decides to pee in the upstairs part it dribbles down the back and it horrible to clean. My husband created a made to measure lipped toilet tray in the end using a 3D printer as we were fed-up of cleaning the whole cage every time she pee'd. The little green house where she sleeps soon loses it's ability to stay together and one of the plastic pegs that actors it to the cage has snapped after two months. Is it possible to get another green bed area? It is a cute design though. The hamster seems to feel at home.

Great product!!

My two hamsters love their new home. They enjoy going through the tubes and the wheel. They haven’t discovered the little hut. Easy to install, all pieces were there. Would highly recommend.

Revised after months of use. Many shortcomings found

I am rewriting my review after a few months as it has a lot of shortcomings. 1. It's too small. Hamsters need min 450sq inches of unbroken space to run around. The base is much smaller than that. 2. The plastic shelf adds a second level so more floor space but it is segmented and limited. This large middle tray also prevents the bedding from being deep enough for good burrowing. If you fill it up deep with bedding then the tray gets in the way and hamster cant really run around the bottom area. 3. The wheel being in the middle is a bad design as also prevents having deep bedding. Had much issue of the hamster moving bedding to that middle area to try and burrow there resulting in the wheel being buried constantly. I ended up using a dremel tool to cut away a large section at the back of the plastic tray so that the wheel could be mounted to the cage wires at the back. This provided better design for burrowing. 4. The water bottle doesn't allow water out. Seems to have 2 balls in it rather than just 1. The provided wheel seemed ok but somehow got a large crack in it right away so I had to replace it. If you mount wheel in middle on provided mount it is also not stable. Before relocating wheel to back I had used a lego piece glued in place to support it and wobble less. 5. Just a small access hole on the top of the cage. This makes it very difficult to do maintenance or access pet without removing the whole top. Short story.. After paying so much for this a few months ago we are now already replacing it and will be making a diy bin cage instead using a $30 110L clear bin. Please don't buy this junk cage. You are better off to make a bin cage, ikea linnmon cage, or finding a cage with a larger base and more open design. Even with my modifications to this cage I can see that the hamster has very limited area to run around or burrow properly

Good size cage for a russian/winterwhite/robo hamsters.

It is a spacious cage for a russian/winter white hamster. I would not recommend it for Syrian hamsters because they are bigger species of hamsters. Russian/winter white hamster wise, i would say it is a great size. Easy to clean as well. Downside is there is only one access which is on top. Would prefer if there is one more on the sides.
