Priming is annoying

Overall it's great for its price and ease of install and use. You have to make sure when shutting the pump off to shut your intake and outlet valves or else it will loose it prime upon restarting.

Very powerful

Bought this pump to replace my old pump for a 48“ x 18‘ around above ground pool and it is very powerful compared to my last pump. I will have to make some adjustments to my pool to ensure it does not run the skimmer basket out of water because of the suction power. I will only run this pump under my direct supervision because it is so powerful. I think it’s way to big for my setup but I think I should have bought one a bit smaller.

Almost perfect! I got used parts for the adaptor for the hoses. They had black on them which told me that somebody had already used them, and they leaked. That does not take away from the machine itself which works perfect.

Seems to work great!

I bought this pump for a pool at a house I was selling. It has worked great for the last month. The pool is the cleanest that it has been in a long time. I hope it continues to work well for the new owner of the house!

Misleading

The pump turned out to be 110V only with a standard 110V plug. I'm sure it works fine for aboveground pools but I felt I was mislead and had to return it. Made sure the next one was what we needed. I returned it on May 4th and it was approved the same day. The pump was charged to my debit card and I have NOT SEEN my refund yet. Difficult communication trying to get my refund of $174.97. Pray I see it soon because we need more supplies. Be sur and check the ad and ask questions.

Beware. Not a strong pump

Easy to install However flow rate is low. Won’t work with m6 pool. Really hard to prime and then loses prime after few days and no leaks. I think just not enough pump for my pool, 18k in ground with hot tub. Replacing it with a higher flow pump and hopefully a better one. I think it would be ok maybe for a smaller pool.
