A tool is only as good as the user

I'm on my desktop or I'd definitely send a video of this. Despite the bad reviews and dissatisfaction of some of the byers I find this tool to be more than adequate. I've always been the type to have to learn how a tool wants to operate and not expect it to operate the way I think it should. I have 10 plus guitars and string instruments and they all demand being handled differently tools are very much the same they must be finessed. I've only had this for a month at this point, but I've stripped 20+ pounds of assorted wire. I started slow because moving too fast before getting the feel only caused small wire to jump to one side or the other a little too far for the blade to fully catch the insulation. I leaned very quickly to straighten and guide the wire on the feed and smaller wire needs slower speeds, larger wire not so much. Patience and consideration for how it's made will go a long way. It is very durable and beefy and will last indefinitely with proper use. I've not changed a blade yet but the way I use it makes me believe one will be due next year. Hope this helps someone. Treat them right and learn them and they'll treat you right. It's a good tool...

Not for small wires

Works well with larger sizes but not for smaller automotive wires.

I’ve tested this on every wire known to man. It does not work the blade slips off of the wire.

Total junk !! Got the one I ordered sent for a replacement for that one it was the same one . Couldn’t use a drill with it and didn’t get the tools that came with it . Spoke to someone she sent a 3rd replacement , same exact thing ! Can’t use a drill and no tools …..

NO pela bien. No lo recomiendo. Devuelto.

The media could not be loaded. Los cables mas gordos mas o menos los pela, pero incluso un cable de 4mm ya cuesta mucho trabajo. No hay forma de que pele medio en condiciones. El cable a pelar se SALE del carril-guia por lo que la cuchilla no corta la funda del cable en cuestión. Se ha intentado de todas las formas incluso con cantidad de cables diferentes (empleando mas/menos presión de cuchilla mediante mas/menos altura de corte, pero no los pela). No sé como gestiona Amazon las recogidas, pero creo que es bastante lamentable que la devolución está pedida desde el dia 19 de diciebre 2022 y a fecha de hoy 1/1/23 sigue aqui en la oficina con la "recogida programada"....

La qualità del materiale non è male, ha 3 diametri ottima cosa, unica pecca è che se non presto molta attenzione il filo rischia di andare fuori binario, devo tornare indietro, riposizionarlo e continuare il processo.
