Would not recommend for a king bed
Quality is fine, though I expected it to be more cotton looking. Ironed before putting on-low heat. It wanted to pop off one side before I got it all around the bed, but was not too hard to put on. I thought I had read the drop was 12, but package says 14, which is a bit much for my adjustable (head and foot) queen bed. Luckily I had picked up 30-piece upholstery pins at Joann’s, and ended up using 22 of them. I wanted to pin the top elastic higher so that the ruffle would not drag on the floor. The picture doesn't show, but there is single elastic roughly an inch wide at head of bed (where there is no ruffle) but 2 bands of elastic running though the ruffle. No part of the ruffle goes at the head of the bed, and stretched to fit queen, the gathers are less than pictured. I cannot image it fitting a king in any way that would look good. Back to the pins, I had to use a lot to keep the ruffle attached well as I raised and lowered the head and foot. So yes it can work on an adjustable bed, but it doesn't look that great if you don't have a lot under there to hide. Guess that's why when you shop beds, you see them displayed with everything tucked in under mattress. With the current very deep mattresses, quilts barely cover the mattress, and barely meet where the ruffle starts.

Looks great and easy to put on!
I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this, and I have to say that I didn't have any of the issues other people experienced. I bought this for my queen-size bed after becoming very frustrated with the "lift the mattress and slide" kind of dust ruffle. I was able to put this on by myself in less than 5 minutes - no struggling, no tightness, no fighting with it. It just slid right on. It doesn't look quite as ruffle-y as it does in the picture, but it certainly isn't pulled tight or flat. It is made of polyester, or a poly-blend, so it isn't as thick as pure cotton, but it doesn't look bad. It actually matches my brown micro-fiber sheets really well. In one month I have had the elastic slip up a little between the mattresses a few times, but this is a bed that I sleep in every night with my husband and dogs. And all it takes to correct is just a little tug and it goes right back into place. If it gets too annoying, I will invest in some tacks and tack it in place. But so far this is SO much easier than the between the mattress kind, and it looks better since it isn't constantly slipping out of place.

Easily installed, 14" drop, but nothing fancy
I'm giving this 4 stars because it is no more or less than it claims to be. The fabric is fairly thin and pretty wrinkled when you take it out of the package. A light spray of water after it was installed took care of that. I have a queen size bed so I ordered the King/Queen ruffle; however, I can't imagine using it on a king bed and expecting an actual ruffle. They straighten out a bit when you stretch the elastic. That said, it was super easy to put on the bed, although you will find it much easier to put on if you do so before putting on your sheets. It measures 15 inches, but I'd consider it a 14" drop due to slight bunching between the two rows of elastic. One of the reviewers said it's 18". It is not. My bed can take 18"' but this is sufficient to keep storage boxes from view. The fabric is on 3 sides, so there is no ruffle at the head of the bed. Hope this is helpful to everyone!

Perfect fit and looks great
The bed ruffle arrived quickly and fit exactly as stated. I'm not sure about the complaints from other reviewers regarding the skirt not fitting a queen size bed, because it fit my metal bed frame (which is slight larger than my mattress) with ease and had plenty of room to spare, if I had needed it to fit a king size bed. If you have a CalKing bed, this will probably not fit, but should be no problem for a standard queen or king size bed. The ruffle is only on 3 sides and the 4th side is an elastic band that allows you to stretch the ruffle around your box spring or bed frame. I have a memory foam mattress without a box spring, and I wanted the ruffle to get as close to the floor as possible to hide under the bed storage, so I stretched it around my bed frame. It fit perfectly without too many or too little ruffles and is a very nice chocolate color with a sateen look to it, but not too shiny. It should easily blend with all of my various comforters. For the price and the ease of fit and removal for washing, I think this is a great purchase at a great price.

Looks ok, and is serving it's purpose unless/until I find a better one.
Just put it on, and it looks pretty good except the 'chocolate brown' of this isn't apparently the same 'chocolate brown' of our comforter or area rug, so it stands out a bit more than i would like a bedskirt to stand out. Also the pleats are inconsistent no matter how much you try to 'center' it and work the elastic band around. And combined with inconsistent pleats are inconsistent wrinkles lol, but maybe when the wrinkles 'relax' it will look better. The front of the package says 14" Hang, and that appears to be correct. 100% polyester, made in china (and it smells like it too...) We have a queen size bed and I can't imagine this fitting on a king size bed. I guess it might stretch out that much but then there certainly wouldn't be any pleats or 'ruffles'.

Everything it promised.
We purchased this for a queen bed. We had had a dust ruffle that fit between the mattress and boxspring. But it kept sliding and needed pins which would come off on the the carpet.This one has been terrific. I wouldn't recommend it for a king but it fits great for a queen. My husband is ill and so i have things stored underbed and need to have the room look nice for guests. This worked perfectly and at a fantastic price. And, I didn't iron it I just let it hang out after taking it out of the box. Worked just fine. 5 stars would be best but I haven't had it long enough to do that.

Its pretty and nicely hides under the bed. It is thin and a slight struggle to place where it needs to be. I would pin it to keep it secure because it will move around
