Operates Smoothly

The quality of this product couldn't be better. It says "Bamboo." The trays are beautifully finished, but it looks like hardwood to me. The hardware is high quality and operates very smoothly. It's easy to assemble, but the installation inside the cabinet is a mite challenging.

Not an attached pull-out.

While this pullout is useable, it would be better for the shelves to be separate and even nicer if it attached to the door. My husband found the installation really hard to do compared to Rev-a-shelf.

Smooth and strong

I'm so happy with these drawers! We have a tall cabinet with deep shelves, which made it hard to see in the back. We replaced the lower shelves with this and it's so much easier to see everything we have.

Super Hard to install: and make sure that yourself fit into the cabinet you want to install it in

The product is Ok. Had some smell at first but it was gone after I left it outside for half a day or so. But I do not recommend purchasing it because the installation is unreasonably hard. It is almost impossible to complete unless two people do it together and one of them need to get himself entirely into the cabinet you want to install it in. Step 2 ask you to drill the holes without providing a template, and the rails are already attached to the tray. It makes super hard to keep the balance when you mark the drilling hole. Similar in Step 3, one would need to completely get into the cabinet to secure the trail onto the bottom of the cabinets and another one has to hold the tray to prevent tipping.

You must crawl all the way into your cabinet to install this

You do not have to be a contortionist to install this, but it helps. Crawling far inside the cabinet is required. You need to be small enough and flexible enough to get your shoulders and torso into the cabinet. Follow the instructions EXACTLY. If you do not follow the instructions, you will need a special screwdriver or you will have to take the whole thing out and start over. Once the blasted thing is installed it's quite lovely.

Installatlion can be tricky

This is well made and matched my kitchen cabinets. I had a half lazy susan that fell apart and needed something with shelves. My only complaint is that it did not come with a template for drilling the holes. It is impossible to mark the holes while balancing this unit with half your body inside a cabinet. For the price I'm really surprised the company did not provide one. I did make one by turning the unit upside down and tracing all the hole markings on a piece of newspaper.

cumbersome

the top is sufficient for putting handiwrap, tin foil, etc which is fine if you use 4 products thus not very efficient. the botton part is hard to get to. I purchased this for the sole purpose, due to having double knee replacement, for easy access. Still have to bend so it is not helpful for me.
