Better water pressure, but still does the job.

In the summer months we sometimes have to water the lawn. Switching over to the 30 micron filter helps with water pressure, but it still gets the job done as far as filtering the water. We are on a private well and pass through the Hydronix SWC-45-1030 before going into our water softener.

Doesn’t work as good as name brand

These filters don’t clean out water as well as the name brand filters we get at the “box” stores. Not worth the few bucks you save getting this cheaper version. We have a 3 filter system and do not recommend this product.

It's a water filter. It fit my application and replaced the old one just fine. It was not exciting. Best thing I can say is that I haven't noticed a difference between the old and new.

Makes the water taste

I have used many other brands of string filter in the past with no taste issues. This one gives our excellent well water an odd flavor. I took it out after one day and replaced it with a different filter. Would not buy again.
