Easy to use and works great!

Just made my first batch of rhubarb jam with this product, and it turned out great! Set up perfectly, and you only use 1 cup sugar to 4 cups chopped rhubarb. Finally, jam that tastes like the produce, not sugar! Can’t wait to try it for summer berries!

Love this pectin!

I really like that I don't have to use sooo much sugar. Like the ones I've used prior you have to use 4 cups! Ugh! The flavor doesn't come through with all the sugar.

Number 1

Gets a minute or two to get used to mixing the two combined ingredients but it makes a wonderful great tasting jam and it’s great for pies. Going to continue to get So my pantry is never without.

Love the more natural approach and it made my cranberry paper jelly delicious!

Easy to use- I made cranberry pepper jelly for Christmas gifts and it was delicious and a big hit!

Works great!

I’m sensitive to apples and so can’t use regular pectin. I had resigned myself to not eating jams and jellies until I found this stuff! I just made beautyberry jelly and used beet sugar as the sweetener. I’m not at all experienced with jam/jelly making, but I followed the directions and it worked great!! I think the instructions could be a little clearer- I can see where people got confused about the calcium. You have to make the “stick solution” of calcium first (using the calcium powder & water) and THEN, the amount of calcium water it says to use in the different recipes is from this stock solution. Once you get that bit, it’s easy peasey!

Texture is different than sure jel type products

Pomona's is clear that it may be a little different than pectins you may be used to. They tell the truth. The jellies turned out a bit harder than normal.

The best!

This is the best pectin I’ve ever used! You need less sugar and it makes delicious jam! I had a question and emailed the company and they responded back to me immediately! I will never use anything but Pomona’s!

Worked perfect!

I used as directed. Followed the recipes exactly! Came out both times I have used it. I already ordered more. Great response time from customer service. Would recommend to anybody looking for pectin!!

Colour was off, but good quality...

I found this item to easy to assemble & put in place on my own. The top part for proper spacing was a little tricky, but I managed in the end. It seems to hold larger, heavy items well, thus I would say it's fair to good quality. The only 'hmmm' I had about it, was the colour was not so much a brushed nickel/steel, but had a more beige/taupe tone to the brushed look. I wondered if the order was filled with wrong colour, but I've left it as is. I have some taupe stone in my bathroom as well, so can live with it fine.

Great product

Excellent product. Easy to instal and has been working perfectly. No rust that we can see anywhere and holds bottles of all weights.

I bought the one described as "satin" as a colour, it is quite difficullt to describe this and the photo on the description is quite difficult to see I have tried to post a photo to give a clearer image. I think on reflection I should have bought white. However it is a well made item and as important is easy to adjust for a range of heights as there are short and long sections included so together with the telescopic sprung end it is very versatile.

Immediate wear & tear

It began rusting, finish is wearing off, when assembling very gently it was easily scratched. Very pricey and it unfortunately didn’t last.
