Beautiful

I purchased two of these and a key set for the lower half of my house. Our house was built in the 70's, so we had to cut a larger hole to fit the new standard, but it was very easy to install and they look so nice. I ended up buying more to do the rest of the house upstairs too. Nice heavy (I. E. Not flimsy) feel and beautiful fit. Very pleased.

Would not purchase again

I purchased this product and I was not happy with it. I feel like the piece was defective even though the rep from the company tried to tell me that was the style of the product. The locking mechanism to me did not work properly. When it was set in the locking position from the inside the latch was vertical but on the other side of the door it was horizontal showing the door was unlocked. Every other lock set I own and have ever purchased was never like that. Amazon was happy to exchange for another set but that one was the same way, so I ended up returning the product and getting a push bottom locking door handle.

Not secure can easily open lock

Wanted to lock a bedroom door and this was the closest match to our doorknob. First of all not sure why you only sell one part and not the matching part. This can easily be opened using your fingernails. You can even lock it from the outside using your fingernail. It is not using a real key.
