Happy with quality

Bought this for my kids 4th birthday. The quality was much better than expected, sturdy (but not indestructible). The elevator was the trickiest part to assemble, and the separate part that makes sounds doesn’t always work. It would have been better if the back ramp was foldable or easily removable for storage purposes. The cat-mobile and Gekko mobile from the PJ seeker both fit on the shelves/through the doors, the Owl glider I purchased separately is a bit to bit and rolls off/doesn’t fit in the door. Overall much better than expected and my kid loves it.

Way bigger than I anticipated. However it has brought my daughter great joy and has entertained her for hours on end. It's sturdy and not top hard to assemble.

Cheap

Put this together the day after Christmas and the slide was cracked and had a hole in it when I removed it from the box. It was very sharp and would hurt my son if he played with it. I had to place packaging tape over the damage to make sure he didn’t hurt himself. This is too expensive of a toy and have damage on opening. Not happy. Will not be buying anything again.

It's easy to put together and sturdy.

My granddaughter loves it! She plays with it every day. It was a little expensive but it keeps her busy for hours. She's 3.5 years old.

My son has wanted this playset for months after watching YouTube videos, the smaller headquarters they first brought out he didn’t want as the one on YouTube was better! Was chuffed to see they finally brought out the deluxe headquarters just in time for Christmas. It’s definitely worth the extra money over the other headquarters in my opinion. My parcel arrived today, much bigger than I thought! The box is in another language which worried me due to the phases but I opened it up and tested it out - all English. My son won’t notice the language not being English as he can’t read.. the box did arrive damaged so I did get a partial refund from Amazon straight away as always excellent customer service. Even though it’s a great playset I don’t think I would have paid retail price, I got it when on offer for Prime members. Also the bigger cars (£13.99 ones) fit down the slide except owlettes due to the wings on the car

My children love this! It's surprisingly sturdy and stays together once it's put together, unlike a multitude of other playsets that end up scattered across the floor. It took longer than the twenty minutes someone else had said and there was a substantial amount of swearing involved but only one pinched finger and that was only slight. The elevator was difficult to put on, I had to get my husband to do it for me. It went on easier when I built the second headquarters though so if you want to make sure you don't feel like you failed, buy at least two. ???? I've yet to find cars like the one that comes with it for the other characters but I did find cars that seat them all and they will work just fine, maybe even better. It took a bit to figure out what the suction cup and hook were for, I didn't see it in the instructions but did catch sight of it on the box. We stuck it to the TV and the window in the screen door, we had a lot of fun.

Expensive but well made

My kids adore this. Very well made and lots going on. 3 of them play on it at once. Very expensive but a well made product.
